Autism and Teachers

The answer was given in the last Sherlock Holmes Movie. Here is the dialog that teaches the lesson:

Lord Blackwood : Sherlock Holmes. And his loyal dog. Tell me, Doctor… as a medical man, have you enjoyed my work?

Watson : Let me show you just how much I’ve enjoyed it. [starts towards Blackwood]

Holmes : Watson, don’t! [Holmes stops Watson a few feet from Lord Blackwood, then looks at Blackwood’s hands] Observe…

[Watson looks down to see there is an almost imperceptible thin glass needle with a sharp point less than a foot from where they stand]

Watson : How did you see that?

Holmes : Because I was looking for it. [breaks the needle]

Now Watson had every bit the ability to see everything that Holmes could see, but did not see it.  Why?  Because he was not looking for it.

Holmes did see the deadly needle.  Why?  Because he was looking.

Even so, you may have two people with the a similar ability to contact the soul but one may be looking and the other one is not.  The one who is looking will see much more than the one who is not.

The key to successful looking is to question and have an open mind.

All of us from the highest to the lowest have things to learn that are hidden from us and we need teachers to stimulate us to look in the right direction.  Holmes did not teach Watson how to look for Watson already knew how to do it.  Even so, Holmes was his teacher because he pointed him in the right direction so he could see for himself.

All those upon the path recognize the need for teachers.  DK recognizes Koot Hoomi as his teacher and Christ above that.  He even says that Sanat Kumara, the Ancient of Days, is a disciple of the Solar Logos.  If the Planetary Logos needs a teacher then it would be silly of us to think we are so advanced that we can learn all truth and lessons completely on our own just by going within.

We all need to be stimulated by being exposed to those who have looked in directions that have not occurred to us and expanded their ring-pass-not beyond our own.  These individuals have seen many things that we have not and have much to teach us.  To refuse to be a student is to eventually come to a standstill in progression, just as is the truth of the opposite extreme of total dependence.

Note:  It is interesting that Conan Doyle, the creator of Sherlock Holmes was a Theosophist.

  2. I would think that the final conclusion is still out on autism and vaccines. There have been so many things introduced in the last century or so in our environment.

    Here is another thought. Wonder if there is a correlation between women starting to wear bras and breast cancer?

  3. I don’t understand the new protocol here, so I’ll limit my posting until I understand this new setup better.

    The Sherlock Holmes story is a good illustration. Even though we look, we don’t always see. Our interest is stimulated by a variety of sources.

    My point was that through the intuition what is available to the soul is available to us. But, we have to look, and we need to understand what it is we are looking at, and we need to understand the principle behind it, and we need to be able to determine what we have learned related to what we already know. This is a huge topic. There is no way anybody could cover all the aspects of it in a single post.

    1. Welcome John. You post here just like the Keys and there is no moderation. If someone posts something outrageous I will just remove it. We are also getting comments on previous posts from people outside of the Keys. If you have any questions feel free to ask.

      We want this site to be the center of activity to draw more attention to it. So far it seems to be working as books sales are starting to go up.

    1. Also as a side note, Master DK has said that people should be cremated rather than buried, as disease can contaminate the soil when people are buried, which seems logical.

    1. There is still the question as to why some kids get autism and others who have the vaccinations do not get autism, so there might be some genetic disposition perhaps or karmic event wherein particular kids develop autism who have these injections, and others do not. It could depend on the strength of their physical and etheric body as well.

      It was interesting to me to note what Wikipedia says about Mercury and also its symbolism.
