Rick" Hi Rick I agree with your post.....that things that happen to us in our most absorbing and informative years do stay with us all of our lives. In first grade, I was the best reader in the class and one day the principle came in to hear me read. I was really proud and read every word perfectly. My teacher was openly proud of me and the principle said I was a very good reader, but.......I read too fast. Those four words took away my ability to study for rest of my school years and I had to work hard for every good grade and sometimes only an average grade. Got through algebra only by the "skin of my teeth". Now you also brought up something else that I apparently still think of as fiction. Zombies......I have never seen one. I mean a truly dead body that is brought back to life....that's what I have always considered to be a zombie. A walking dead person. Is it possible that they really do exist? The effect on the child that I have found come out of the bodies of people that I have worked with is that the child sees something behind the professed 'religion' or spirituality of the school/teacher which does not ring true to what they know ... or is unlike what they are familiar with in the home environment ... and it creates a trauma/shock in the body ... the words do not equate with what the (psychic) child 'sees' or 'feels' I have seen this first day of school shock from a number of people ... Before I go into it any deeper, could I ask you to go into that block in your remembering, armed with this information, and ask whether there are any memories (or shock) in there associated with religion ... If you were baptised with oil at an early age, the shock of the first day in a Catholic school can trigger an unconscious remembering of the 'shut down' effect of the Oil of Crisom that is used in the Baptismal service ... This may or may not be applicable ... but let me know if this opens any doors for you ... sit with it for a few days ... don't go looking ... allow that if this is true for you, there will be a kinaesthetic response from your body... I have found with a lot of school children from the multicultural society that we now live in, where communication away from the family environment is not in the family tongue, the child has great difficulty communicating and relating .. especially expressing feelings from the body ... Hello all, I saw a few posts on the matter of 'walk-ins' and thought I should say this: The first time I heard about walk-ins was just before I joined this list. I was searching the net for spiritual topics and I read about it. At that time I didn't know anything about soul-confirmation yet but I instinctively felt that I didn't like what I read. I read that walk-ins are souls that take over a body after the former inhabitant has left it (not necessarily after the body died as far as I know) to use that body for experiences/lessons they need. To me this all sounded very disrespectful because the people surrounding the first inhabitant have no idea what is going on and supposedly can have many problems dealing with the 'changed' personality. Because of this disrespectful nature of it (as I perceive it), I could not imagine any advanced souls doing something like this. So I agree with Rick and don't really believe in it (even though I try to keep an open mind about it). At that time I consciously chose not to read anything more on the subject because it didn't feel good and soon after I discovered this list. Rick, About zombies I can say that I faintly remember one of my pharmacology professors telling something about certain chemicals that could suppress the consciousness so deeply, that one became a zombie. I believe he told us that those chemicals were responsible for the effects described that make people act like zombies. The whole zombie thing is, I think, from voodoo origin. The voodoo priest would then administer those drugs to his subjects. So I certainly don't think zombies are dead bodies brought back to life! But I'm no expert on the subject, so don't just take my word for it. On the original subject: Sharon, I think it is quite normal that people do not remember large parts of their youth, I for instance remember only bits and pieces, as I think most people do (and even then I mostly remember the embarrassing moments as they made the biggest impact). I wish to tell you about a dream I recorded some years back: I was riding my bicycle, having been to a house on the Northwest side of town, and was headed home. I was aware of a couple of men on bicycles who seemed to be following me. One was of average intelligence and the other seemed to have something wrong with him mentally. I stopped at a store and when I came out my bicycle was gone. I began to walk and came to a combination laundromat and eating place. I went inside and got something to eat. When I came out the bicycle was there so I got on and started for home again. The men had disappeared. Suddenly, I could feel myself changing. Then a rather mean voice began saying something about going somewhere else. It dawned on me that this voice was inside me. I asked who this voice was, rather low because I didn't want other people standing close by to hear me seemingly talking to myself. The voice kept jabbering about going somewhere else. I knew I had to get rid of it and told it to get out of me. It refused. As I was arguing with it, I found myself at the 3rd Street and 8th Avenue stoplight. The bicycle had disappeared again and I was now yelling at the voice to get out of me. Finally, it began to get weaker and started to leave. The light turned green, the cars stopped and as I began to cross the street, I found myself in a heap on the pavement. A woman came running to help me. The voice was mercifully gone. I understand now that I had one terrible battle with two dark brothers and if I had known about protection at that time, I could have run them out just by telling them to leave in Jesus' name. Over the years I keep gaining more and more understanding of the meaning of this dream, but I don't mind telling you, even typing it in here is giving me the chills again. That battle was so indescribably powerful. (and yes, this includes 'the Christ Light') is (in words/phraseology I use) the expression of the 'Life Force within' or realisation of Self Esteem/Self Worth/acceptance of self ... where I am talking about the 'self beyond ego' .. the 'inherent beingness' ... This 'life Force' can be shown to be directly related to the energy of the sacral area (where sexuality is one form of outward expression) ... passion as a form of expression is another ... The western human body contains much repression of sacral/base chakra energy ... inherited down through the ages ... we can see the manifestation of this now with some of the new diseases that are becoming prevalent ... where the immune system 'tone' is directly related to sense of inner worth ... Probably Idid not read JJ's post well enough! Anyway I visualized myself going to the SAME wall where I had met my future partner. I searched and tried very hard to feel the presence of my future wonderful self - nothing. I thought : "Oh, what ... this is just impossible for me", but suddenly I saw myself going to the opposite wall and putting my hands on it. THAT worked - I found this loving, wonderful, almost ethereal person dressed in a silver cloak with a hood. We had a great conversation and I was very happy. Later I understood from JJ's postings that the walls are different - that I had to choose a second wall - but I still am VERY surprised that a part of me knew that, when I did not consciously know it! Another time I talked to my mother who died 10 years ago (much too early I thought then) from cancer. She told me how she was very young when she had me - and had a great need for attention - how she used me to attract attention to herself. She asked me forgiveness - needless to say I forgave her right away :-)) While talking to her tears just poured out from my eyes and ran down my cheeks. It felt very real and I am quite sure this happened. Well, enough about me - I hope others have had experiences that you will share :-)) Alex: I have not been in NJ during the last couple of days - next time I will look for you. If we go through some of the great people of this world ... some of the forward thinkers, some of those who contributed to the evolution of humanity, we find people who expressed their passion without regard to personal outcome ... One of my favourites is Mozart whose expression of passion was in music ... who received his inspiration from tunes that came into his head as he walked in the woods ('meditation' and 'inspiration')"the same could be said of Alice Bailey, Florence Nightingale, Joan of Arc, Einstein, Tesla ... I feel that these people are shining examples of 'realising' their spirituality without talking about it ... their passion is their expression ... Within the world today, we have the subject of autism and ADD ... the latest research shows that these two groups have a touch of what some call 'genius' or supramental intelligence ... and the expression of that 'genius' can take many forms ... my own son could add up pages of the telephone directory in his head before he went to school ... and the teachers said there was something wrong with him because he could not concentrate on his '1 + 1' ... he used to read electronic textbooks at 4 years of age ... and couldn't concentrate on preschool readers ... I didn't know enough then to do something about it ... but when he was finally tested he showed 'genius' response to all of the tests ... and even then he was 'diagnosed' ADD then 'autistic' ... and made horribly wrong ... he became one of those I refer to as 'zombie' ... because the expression of his passion was not approved of or accepted by his peers ... he was subjected to religion, ego modification for behaviour ... to conform to the 'textbook' definition of a four or five year old ... For me, Shannon's (my son) passion, his 'genius' his supramental ability was his 'Spirituality' ... the making real within his own beingness of his connection with the world of 'Big Mind' or that consciousness that contains everything ... and that connection was made wrong ... and I watched the light go out of his eyes ... (BTW ... he is now recovering as this work is allowing him to find acceptance and move in circles of knowledge generally inhabited by people far beyond his years and experience ... and as he starts to move this way, the light is coming back in his eyes, the behavioural problems have ceased ... at 14 he started lecturing at college on computer science ... programming) This is, to me, the true expression of 'spirituality' ... the 'knowingness' ... the 'beingness', the 'expression of passion', the contribution to the pool of 'wisdom' ... without talking about it ... and yes, he knows about God, and angels ... he talks to me about how his 'knowing' comes from 'spirit' ... but he does not describe himself as 'spiritual' ... he says that what he found was a 'faith in his own knowing' after he stopped listening to all of the people who made him wrong ... I have, in the course of my work, found that this is a common story ... With David, anunda and Dariel, I have worked towards allowing the expression of passion from the moment of birth ... towards the allowing of the intrinsic spirituality of these children to shine through their eyes undimmed by the projections of others who are afraid of the wisdom that be-lies their years ... thank you for the opportunity to bring this thread round what (for me) was the complete circle to the subject of the inherent spirituality of children ... With imagination (a male power) you create and manipulate more refined matter and mold it according to your desires or the instructions of your Higher Self. Once a thing is properly created through imagination then it exists independently in higher vibration and can be seen by a person with good powers of visualization. Then too, he who successfully creates with imagination gains greater power to visualize when that which is created has a life of it's own. If you cannot visualize all the steps in getting to the New Jerusalem do not let that stop you from concentrating on creating your room. You can backtrack later and get down the rest of the visualization. It is fine that you put a window in your room and it doesn't matter where it is. Decorate your room however you like it. When you want to contact your partner you can keep the window there or make it disappear and replace it with a regular wall if you want. The important thing is that you start creating in your room and that you start with the energy that comes easy for you whether it be visualization or imagination. We will need both these male and female powers to create the intended baby here. We need imagination to create the form and visualization to hold the form together. Also keep in mind that some males will have greater powers to visualize and some female will have to start with imagination. Generally, the females will be better at visualization, but because of our life experiences this is not a hard and fast rule. There are exceptions to almost all things in nature. So Alex and the rest of you - if you have to create and put in details by using your imagination - go ahead. This is the start of a creative process that can construct images that the female power to visualize can see and experience. The only thing in this visualization that is already in existence is the New Jerusalem you see from the outside and the Master you meet inside. From the starting point of your room you will assist in the creation of a mansion in the Father's House. Jesus said: "In my Father's house there are many mansions: if it were not so I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you." John 14:2 Not only can the Master prepare a place for us but we can participate in preparing one for ourselves and others. If we are to become Sons and Daughters of God we must also learn to prepare "a place." Each time you visualize or imagine the meditation you do not have to take the journey from the beginning. Once you get the essence of your room down you can see yourself instantly transported there as you begin the meditation. Do some more work on the three walls covered so far and trust me for the moment on the future self. It may sound fantastic, but let me assure you that you have one and certain types of contact are possible. After making a review of the three walls concentrate on the fourth wall. On the other side are at least twenty four others doing this same meditation - twelve male and twelve female. Some of these twenty-four may be doing the meditation a little in the future; but nevertheless, you sense at least twenty four, but more is OK. As you begin to sense the presence of these people the wall fades away and you walk toward them and join then in an unbroken circle. It does seem to many of us that we made a big jump in evolution after the age of 21, perhaps even into older age. Tracy makes a statement that seems to indicate this is true: "If it's not, then just call me Abby (Normal)! Even I have experienced great changes in my belief system and thought processes after the age of 21, but what we need to understand here is that a change in direction, belief or thought process toward what seems to be the light does not indicate a leap in spiritual evolution. Gaining much knowledge does not indicate advance in spiritual evolution. True steps in evolution are often difficult to perceive and often read incorrectly. For instance, a person may go from an orthodox belief in God to being an atheist and actually make progress upon the path in the process. All his believing friends will judge him as retrogressing believing they are progressing while the truth may (not always) be just the opposite. Perhaps the God he is rejecting is a very illusionary one and no God for a period of time is nearer the truth than one who is more like a devil with great authority. "But aren't we making a giant step in evolution when we move ahead in the discovery of real truth?" Answer: It is not the discovery of truth that is an indication to you evolution. Instead it is your power to perceive truth. You may have had the same quality of perception of truth when you were twenty-one as when you are forty, but the only difference between then and now is that you now have a chance to test that perception. This concept I am teaching is also borne out in my studies of handwriting analysis. From the age that the person learns to write and the age of twenty one there is always (especially in evolved souls) many changes in the handwriting indicating evolution of the personality, feelings and mind. Then from the age of 21 until death there is very little change of intelligence in the characteristics of the writing. The person may say: "At the age of 38 I had a life changing experience that caused me to take a much more enlightened path." Yet I look at the handwriting and there is virtually no change in intelligence. Don't get me wrong, we do grow in intelligence after the age of twenty-one, but this growth is very much slowed compared to advancements before that age. We usually learn no more than one major lesson in each life, even though it may seen that we learn many. Outside of this one major lesson we generally are just relearning and perfecting past lessons. Let us use the book, The Immortal, as an example here. Many have said it changed their lives. The thing is that this book may not have been available when you were 21 so it couldn't have touched you at that time, but if it was and a friend told you _ "here read this, it's a great book!" there's a good chance you would have perceived as much truth in it then as now. The forty or fifty year old has more knowledge and experience to draw from than does the 21 year old and this can sometimes give the illusion of greater spiritual evolution, but remember the real key here is your ability to perceive truth. To give yourself a real test at say 50, in comparison to your evolution at 21, you would have to forget everything you have learned since the age of 21 and then test your perception of truth against your younger self. We kind of get a chance to make comparisons when we are reborn with no memory. In life B did we progress any faster than we did in life A? That is the real test. As we go out of incarnation and we compare our last two lives we can then see if we have made any real progress. As for myself, I have probably had as many life changing experiences and periods of enlightenment as most people have, yet I can see that my basic intelligence has grown at a painstakingly slow rate. I can see that if what I know now was presented to me at the age of twenty one I would have probably accepted it after some soul searching. Even so, I personally had to learn my one major lesson before the teachings I have can be successfully presented. I hope that I have learned it well. Hi JJ and all I went through an atheist period of time in my early 20's. I was typing and editing a book my dad was writing about his learnings in the Yoga. It was deep and much beyond most of my understanding at the time. It made God seem like a very cold, unfeeling being and I thought that if that is the case then I refuse to believe in him. Also it didn't help that my dad had told me that if I wanted to learn Yoga I would have to forget everything I had learned in Sunday School. I did just that for approximately 3 months until one day something (don't remember now what it is) happened that made me wonder if maybe there is a God after all. I spent some time thinking about it and decided that everything that exists had to come from somewhere.....the sun, stars, moon, the earth itself. So who are we, how did we get here? I finally figured out that I didn't have to forget everything I had learned in Sunday School and I could go ahead and learn about the Yoga at the same time. After all, it was my life and my choice. I did take the path of least resistance in this situation and never did say anything about it to Dad. He would have gone through the ceiling. Needless to say I have been fascinated by the "lessons" and such. Marylin, what you said hit home with me big time. One of my earliest memories was a recurring dream where I kept saying why me, why me. Yes the place actually exists but alas was never believed that it did. Meanwhile back to the point I was going to make and acknowledge. Yes, I too, feel that we all have a major lesson to learn. Of course it varies for each of us. For me, I have realized, in the past year, the lesson I have had to learn is to accept responsibility for ALL my actions which I now realize I had NEVER really learned from that other time. Which is why I kept saying "why me". I Didn't understand then that what had happened to me usually was the result of bad decisions, per se, or circumstances beyond "my control" but ultimately it was up to me to accept responsibility for it if I was the who had made an "error". To learn to grow from such an event in whatever way I was/am able to do so at that time. It has also taught me that the end of the world would not happen, so to speak, if I acknowledged it if it was mine to do so. I am still dealing with this concept due to recent "events" in my life since Feb. so needless to say the "lessons" have helped me to focus on this process. And more questions. After singing the song and giving thanks for the doorway to the Kingdom of God, I first began to imagine and a visualization came of the pyramid. It always looks more like white light to me but is definitely the pyramid. I seldom see the doors and today I didn't see the angels. I stopped and looked but was then whisked inside where I was asked what do I seek. After I gave the password I was right in my room without the instructions to contemplate 3 things. Possibly because I had already done that in a prior trip. I shrunk my room to easy access after looking around and seeing the bits of furniture and computer I had put in the first time in. I wanted to be able to touch the walls without having to travel a mile in any direction. I touched the first wall and found that my partner was apparently busy in another place. He/she did come for a bit but only long enough for me to see the light of this person. I was unable to see his/her face yet and felt I should go on to the next wall which I did. There, I saw you JJ. It was great seeing you but we didn't stop to talk much as I wanted to get to the third wall. When I did purples, whites and lavenders swirled all around me and there was a beautiful white light in front of me. Then the phone rang and I had to get up to answer it. I went back to the third wall but I was unable to see myself very clearly so I tried the fourth wall. There I saw my Mom and Dad and sensed more than saw many of my relatives that have already passed over. It was beautiful. I have a question about coming back. I always have to take three breaths and think about my body even though I would rather stay there. Is this normal? Last night after I went to bed I visited NJ and when I had just barely gotten into my room, I apparently fell asleep. I woke about an hour and fifteen minutes later with a start. Is this normal? How can I know if I was in my room all that time? What was I doing? Or did I just fall asleep? It's not unusual for me to wake from a dream with a start...sort of like I had been out of my body and just snapped back in. Has anyone else had experiences like these? Fla, not the principles :) and with only an hour's notice, I was off. I arrived back after ten days or so and immediately went to checking the emails. I had 263 of them, with well over 200 coming from the list. It's been like Christmas for me to open and read so many good thoughts, experiences and expressions. My ongoing thanks go out to all of you. Now that I'm back, and have caught up on all of the posts, I think perhaps I'm ready to retry my journey to NJ. I say retry because this teaching began just before I left and I initially tried to follow with the meditation. To call my attempt unsuccessful might be the biggest understatement of the year. I remember that I couldn't even picture the first "point of light", let alone to follow through with any other visualization. As with all other things, however, I was not bothered by the experience (or lack of), I just saw it as a gentle indicator that there truly are areas of transmutation, of thoughts feelings and beliefs, that I really do need to work through. No problem. God is good and trustworthy, and the experience will be there for me when the time is appropriate. In the meantime, it has given me a chance to review some thoughts and feelings as to why I might be holding myself back from entering into the NJ. In particular, I remembered a dream from a few years ago that seems to make more sense now than it did then. In the dream, I was traveling with a large group of folks, and having many great adventures. But there came a time when we all had to depart, meeting the airplane that would whisk us away and back home. I remember reaching the plane, only to realize that many from the group weren't there. Being concerned that no one be left behind, I went about seeking out everyone who was supposed to be there to let them know that they needed to be on the plane soon. I helped some and searched for others, until I finally went back to the plane, only to find that it had already taken off. My real concern was revealed when I asked someone there if the whole group had made it back before the plane took off. I was told that everyone had made it safely and I was happy. Then, as has been the pattern of my life, I simply walked out of the airport, searched and found my own car, and decided that I would make the drive home in my own vehicle. So it's good for me to see so many have gotten on the plane to the NJ. And though it may take me a bit longer to arrive by car, I'm assured that I will see you all there before too long. Yesterday we (Myself, Fiona and anunda's mother Belinda) took anunda (who is now 20 months old) to our friendly body worker (Carolyn) ... because we had observed slight twists in his face, that he was limping slightly on his left side, his jaw was set in a tight line and he was becoming stooped in his posture .... and he was pale... Earlier, Carolyn had asked if her new partner Aaron could sit in on the session and observe ... and we agreed ... anunda is used to Carolyn ... he likes her .. has been several times before and allowed her to gently release holding patterns from his body with no fuss ... but this time is was different ... he screamed and screamed .... he was not going to let Carolyn near him ... Aaron looked up and said "This makes me feel as though I'm the cause of this ... and I shouldn't be here ..." I asked Aaron whether that was how he felt as a child in his own family ... whether as a child he felt he was the cause of conflict between his mother and father ... Aaron looked at me ... and broke down and cried ... and the moment he did that ... anunda stopped crying .... and looked at Aaron ... square in the eye ... and grinned ... Then we thought ... good ... now we can work on anunda ... wrong ... anunda performed again ... so we decided that seeing Belinda (his mother came for treatment too) we would start with her ... Belinda lay down on the table ... anunda stopped crying immediatey .... So we worked on Belinda while anunda sat on Fiona's lap, absolutely still and silent ... and closely watched every move we made ... every time one of us moved, his eyes followed us ... when Fiona explained to him what we were doing, anunda nodded and said 'yes' ... The deeper Belinda went into her own body, the more Belinda allowed the memories of her own childhood abuse to flow out of her body as tears ... the more anunda relaxed ... and became 'dead weight' in Fiona's lap ... We found memories of Belinda's Grandmother's war trauma deep in the underside of her left hip ... anunda set up a half cry, half tone ... Belinda's body started twitching ... her left shoulder let go ... anunda stopped 'toning' and his back and shoulders straightened .... This was repeated for over an hour ... every time there was a release from Belinda's body ... there was a corresponding 'tone' then change in anunda ... We worked on Belinda's pubic bone, groin and the reflex points for her womb ... her jaw unclenched and the plates in her head started to move ... long repressed memories (some of them ancestral) of sexual trauma ... anunda 'toned and cried' ... Belinda started sobbing ... anunda stopped ... his face changed shape ... and his left hip 'popped' .... and colour flooded his cheeks ... his lips looked as though he was wearing crimson lipstick ... At the end of the session, I asked Aaron whether he had decided to become a 'healer' because as a child he judged that he had failed in trying to heal his parents ... Aaron looked at me ... tears once again welled up in his eyes as he nodded 'yes' ... anunda looked at Aaron, grinned, and ran over and hugged Aaron's leg ... as I look at anunda now, there is no sign of the twists in his face, he is running around with no sign of a limp, he is grinning freely, and standing up straight ... Belinda, on the other hand, says she 'feels like she has been run over by a bus...' Once again I would ask ... It is time to discuss this subject in a higher light. It is obvious that some kind of birth control measures must be used among man. Conservatives argue that the world could house twenty billion people and that periodical wars and famines are nature's method of controlling population. This has been true, but they do not consider that we will be entering a New Age where mankind will use his spiritual will to prevent wars, and his godlike intelligence will prevent famines and pestilence. Therefore, with the population doubling every several generations it will only be a matter of time before there would be ten, twenty or even forty billion people on the earth. Sooner or later, no matter what measures we take to house the population, the time would come when there will be too many people. Another question to consider is this: What kind of approach is it to living to plan on a world where the population is controlled by war and disease? It is written" "As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he." If mankind believes in this approach then he shall have it. We indeed make our own reality. If this is true, that we can choose our reality, why not make a better one? Why not think, plan and believe in a world where war and disease are not necessary? Such a world can only exist if the human race mentally participates in the extension of its family. The children of the New Age deserve the right to be conceived through a mutual love between two people. The parents should have a desire to give birth because of a natural desire and love and not out of a sense of duty or fear. Such children will be born with a much clearer channel to the Higher Self. Children who are unwanted to any degree have more obstacles in spiritual contact and control. They will have many fears and a sense of separateness. Children also pick up and assimilate negativity that parents suppress. Honest communication between parents stimulates a higher vibration within the child. Another item is that each ego needs a certain amount of time between lifetimes to assimilate his last life experience and prepare him for the next one. When there is a high population density on the earth these entities are often forced to incarnate before they are ready and thus not reap the harvest of the life experience. Mankind has logically perceived that the earth has some undesirable population increases and has collectively decided that something needs to be done about it. Nevertheless, many still look upon any type of population control as evil and interfering with God's will. They, of course, get this idea from God's command in the Bible where he said to Adam and Eve: Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth... Gen 1:28 The word "replenish" comes from the Hebrew MALE which means "to fill or spread over." What they do not realize is that they can still literally believe the Bible, but not be condemned for limiting the size of their family. Mankind has been fruitful and spread seed throughout the habitable parts of the earth. In the early days of civilization this decree made a lot of sense, but now the commandment has been fulfilled and if we listen within to the voice of God we hear a new commandment for the Aquarian Age: Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth with my Spirit that knowledge shall cover the earth as waters cover the sea. Let every child that is conceived be through the holy bonds of Love, and knowledge that a Holy Spirit desires entry. Let a seal will be placed on the Adversary that spirits of delusion will not walk the earth that My presence may permeate the human race in peace for over 1000 years. This leaves the responsibility with the individual. The couple has the law of God written in their hearts, as Jeremiah prophesied would happen in the New Age, and they check with their souls for confirmation as to when they should have a child. There will be no ironclad rule governing population control during the New Age as to whether a couple can have one child or ten, but the people will be educated and the tremendous veil of ignorance on the subject will be removed so all children will be wanted children, loved children and cared for children. There are numerous modes of birth control practiced today. Contrary to popular belief the most harmful of them all is the rhythm method. Just as animals have their seasons where they have sex, and others when they abstain even so do humans have their cycles. The sexual energies of the female are the highest for several days before her period and several days afterwards. This is also the most desirable (and fulfilling) time to engage in sex. In the low fertility period the female sexual energies are low. This is nature's way of telling her that sex is least advisable during this time. Frequent sex in the low (sexual) energy period and none in the high energy period leads to a depleting of the life force and lowers resistance to disease. Those who practice the rhythm method, therefore, are always having sex during the wrong cycle and this is the cause of much of the low energy and distress of which they complain. The apparent problem is that nature made sex most enjoyable during periods of high fertility to insure the survival of the species. Therefore, it appears that in periods of the earth's history when there is an abundance of population that some type of contraceptive will be needed. Fortunately, this is not always the case. When men and women learn the correct use of their soul energies they will have full power to pick the moment of conception. Those who are so attuned will also be able to have sex, even during fertile periods, and not conceive. An enlightened couple will be able to take the power of conception to a higher level. When they realize that male and female is more of an energy state than a body state they can use the power of their combined energies during sex, sometimes with the help of certain mantras, and conceive a new idea that can materialize in their life and help create the "life more abundant" as prophesied by the Christ. The possibility of mental birth control has already been proven by hypnotic research. Women under hypnosis were told that they would not conceive. Amazingly, the order was obeyed and the success was comparable with standard physical birth control methods. This definitely shows that women do have control over their time of conception. The problem is that most men do not want to hypnotize their wives before each lovemaking session. Fortunately, there is a better way. Before there can be a successful conception there has to be a certain attitude of acceptance of a pregnancy on the part of the female. Many will argue that this is wrong, that there are numerous women who become pregnant when they have no desire for a child. Even women who have been raped have conceived - most of them completely against their will. This is perhaps true on the surface, but even in unwanted pregnancies the female possessed a certain attitude of acceptance toward conception at the time of intercourse. This is more of an attitude of mind than a conscious decision. This attitude of mind was turned off in the women in the hypnosis experiment and, once avoiding this attitude, they did not have to even think about birth control to avoid conception. The woman who gets pregnant through rape leaves this attitude open because of the belief system that is programmed in her mind. She is not to be blamed for, in her conscious mind, it was an unwanted pregnancy. She merely lacked the knowledge to reprogram herself. The male seems to instinctively know that the female has power to prevent conception for when an unwanted pregnancy occurs he will often blame his partner when he was seemingly as much at fault as she was. During normal sex when the female is experiencing a feeling of fullness emotionally she will often sense a strong desire to conceive that may go against all her common sense and reasoning. This feeling will be so private that she will rarely discuss it with anyone, even other females, but when this inward response comes it will feel so natural that she will throw caution to the wind and go with it. The female, however, does not bear the full responsibility of the conception. Men also experience a deep soul impulse to impregnate the female and, when this attitude is accepted by her, the energy is sent to the female with an impulse to open up her conception desire. Nevertheless, an aware female may achieve power to checkmate this conception impulse. She has the ultimate say as to whether there is a pregnancy even though the male has a strong influence over her. To prevent a conception some of the natural impulses that are inherent in men and women must be redirected by the mind. Suppression alone - of the conception instinct - will not prevent a pregnancy but have the effect of creating latent psychological problems for the forthcoming infant. Suppression is never the answer to any problem. Correct direction of force always is. There are many people who do not consciously want children, then, in the act of intercourse, they will momentarily open up to physical conception. Afterwards, they will suppress this feeling to no avail - wishing and hoping they have not conceived. The conception instinct is a creative sense on an unconscious emotional level with physical results. If this creative energy can be redirected to a higher level - to a guided conscious conception of an idea (which originates from the intuitive level) then the energy will follow the thought and the physical conception will not occur. This is the secret behind the hypnosis effect. It works because energy followed the implanted thought. However, hypnosis does not make use of the tremendous creative energy released at the potential conception moment. If this energy follows a thought, then the thought will have an unfathomed power to materialize and the physical conception of a child will be bypassed. Eventually humans will develop this power to create though male and female interplay with thought so they will be able to create even physical bodies for children with no pregnancy period. Thus the Biblical curse on Eve will be removed from woman. To move the creation process to a higher level during love-making it will be helpful to go through the following process. Shortly after you begin intercourse both of you visualize a very small ball of either golden or white light between your bodies in the heart area. See this ball as representing the Christ energy and see it as slowly growing until it surrounds both of your physical hearts. Feel a warm spiritual union developing between the two of you. When you feel the spiritual light growing say these words together in unison: "The creative power of the Word is Becoming physical and the form it is taking is that which is seen and felt by us at the moment of union." Sense the intensity of the light growing until you reach a climax and at the moment of climax together you must both see and feel that which you desire to manifest. If you do it correctly you will not have a baby, but will soon materialize that which you see and feel. It has to be done correctly by both of you and will take some practice. Therefore, you would want to get good at it before you depend on it as a method of birth control. Nevertheless, you can use it to enhance your power to manifest whether you use birth control or not. I must warn you here that this is a very sacred energy and it must only be used with pure intent to manifest that which will serve more than the selfish lower self. Just as the physical conception gives life to another so must the higher conception help others to live more abundantly. It must be used with the intent to help others besides yourself or the energy could boomerang back upon yourself and cause an increase of selfishness and an inflation of the ego and other problems I will not go into. To maximize this process the couple must practice tuning in to themselves as a unit until they can positively identify the moment of the conception instinct. When they are able to do this then mental birth control will be infallible. When this is accomplished their lovemaking can take on a new dimension of fullness with no inhibitions necessary. When the time comes that the couple desire a child, they merely open their thoughts and feelings toward a physical child conception placing their thoughts upon the area of the womb in the woman. When a conception is not desired both must place their whole attention in the area of the throat or heart and not let the attention slip downward. To play it safe, when the conception moment is sensed lovemaking would temporarily cease. Overall then, soul infused human beings will have power to control the quality and number of children who come into their families, yet enjoy relationship and sex on all levels of feeling. We can also produce certain effects from the higher realms that we cannot do from this plane. Lorraine asks: "Basically my question is about the non-romantic partners. If I chose a non- romantic partner then aren't I short changing myself. I can't get the full benefits of a full union on all levels, can I? Just how much energy is shared between those two? And if I do settle for this then a possibility of a full union comes do I leave my non-romantic partner for the new one leaving him alone and unstable? I see the possibility for a lot of connection and some de- connecting that would really hurt. I wonder if this is accurate." Your working partner will not normally be one with whom you share romantic energy, even though in some cases the couple may go in that direction. It will be similar to a couple working together in the workplace which is a common occurrence. Many males and females work together as friends and never get interested in a romantic level, but then there are those who do. Just as in the workplace you can usually shift to a new partner without hurt romantic feelings even so this can happen in the Molecular Relationship. Also you will not be stuck with your working partner for any long length of time. You are free to change at any time a replacement is available. The first molecules must always have twelve male/female units in it. In addition to this, as the numbers expand, there will also be associate members who are linked to the growing molecule. Some of these people will have working partners and some will not. Then when 12 more male/female units become available another molecule will be created. John, I smiled at your posting. Yes, at first it may seem that the females are flying while us men creep along in cars, bikes and skates with this meditation. We need to start out with our natural talents and each one of us will gravitate toward either visualization or imagination as our strong point. Then as we progress we will all attain more balance and blend the two in acts of spiritual creation that can distil creation down to the physical plane. You sense a spiritual equality throughout the group for the spiritual energy circulates freely among us all. Now as a group we say the first verse of the Song of the 144,000. When we say the sentence "...and wherever we will the light to descend," the group then wills light to descend in the middle of the circle. As you exercise your will to manifest light you sense the combined will of the group joining into a will of great power and you see a visible expanding circle of light manifesting in the center. As you witness this light expanding the group says the second verse. As the words "...and wherever we will the Love to be enflamed," are said you see within the growing light the image of Christ beginning to manifest with greater and greater clarity. You sense within Him a power of Light and Love that we can only wish for upon the physical plane. Next we say: "We thank you Father that you are in us and we are in you." Suddenly, you are no longer in the circle, but you are in the middle. Your consciousness is within the form of Christ itself and you realize that oneness with God is much more than a figure of speech. You sense an ecstasy looking through the eyes of Christ and feeling the fire of Love in His heart that you never before dreamed possible. As the group centers in the midway point and adjusts to the energy we say: "that through us Your Will is sent forth on wings of Power: That Your Purpose is accomplished on earth as it is in heaven." Now that you are in this heightened state contemplate on what this verse of the song means. If you send forth the Will of God then you must be one with God and His Will is passing through you. Love Glenys The New Jerusalem Meditation Close your eyes and say: "We thank you God that You reveal to us the originating point of Your universal Light and Love as the doorway to the Kingdom of God." Pause and see a point of light just above you and see the point expanding into a circle and the circle expanding until it encompasses you and you sense that you have just passed through some type of doorway that leaves the physical world behind and reveals the New Jerusalem suspended before you. In the giant circle of light in which you find yourself you see a beautiful pyramid within a translucent golden square. You sense the pyramid is a living entity that is responsive to your thought and it pulsates with rainbows of colors as it reflects your highest feelings. There are three entrances on each side guarded by two angels - one male and one female. There is one entrance that attracts your attention and you gravitate toward it. The entrance may seem simple or you may see elaborate arches depending on your thought patterns. You stand before the angels and they pass their hands over your body and you know that they know the intent of your heart and you know whether or not your heart has pure intent to assist your fellow brothers and sisters on the earth. Now you hear one of the angels speak one of these two sentences: "You may pass." or "You are not yet ready. Go back and find within your heart that dedication to self that must be transmuted into dedication to the whole. Come back with a pure intent to serve and you may pass." If you do receive the second reply do some reflection and find the intent that needs transmuted, commit yourself to pure service and try again. After you receive permission, you go through the doorway and as you pass you feel an elevation in the vibration of your spirit within yourself and feel a sense of increasing love and joy. You find yourself walking through a mist of light and as you walk the cloudiness disperses and you meet a very beautiful human being. You instantly know that this person is either the Christ or has such oneness with Christ that it makes no difference. "What are you seeking?" the person asks. "I seek a mansion in the house of God?" you say. "And what is the key word for this coming age?" "Service," you reply. The beautiful being smiles and replies: "To truly serve you must prepare yourself. Come, enter into a room prepared for you and contemplate the three things you must do." "First, look upon mankind as a single living wholeness and ask yourself how much you really love them and how much you are prepared to give?" "Secondly, the tools you need to enhance your power to serve." "Thirdly send out a call from your heart to others who will work with you in the vineyard of the Lord. Establish a spiritual link with them that cannot be broken and feel their presence becoming nearer." "When they are very near you will be ready for the next step." You enter alone into an empty room with glowing white walls that you know now to be your space and your room that seems to be about twelve feet square but you can expand or contract it with your conscious thought. You think about the three injunctions and as you do you see the earth before you and sense the collective call of humanity appealing for help and relief in myriad areas of life and then you sense a few among them appealing for greater light and knowledge. These few touch your soul for you know that when these are satisfied that many others will come after until the earth is full of the knowledge of the Lord. As you look upon humanity and become one with the wholeness therof you ask the first question? "How much do you really love them and how much you are prepared to give?" Contemplate this for a moment and ask yourself: "Am I one with the Purpose of God in this regard?" If you are satisfied with your answer move on to the second project. You must next give yourself all the tools you need to give yourself all the power you need to be a profitable servant. You might want to sit down, so visualize a chair and a chair will be there. If you want to lie down see a bed. If you want to do some work or reading you might want to see a desk, books or computer connected to the internet. Here you are not governed by time as on the earth and you can ask a question on your computer to someone who is a week or a month in the future. It is not for me to suggest all the tools you need. This is your project. Create everything you need in this room for your office of service and comfort. You are only limited by your imagination. You can add to or take away from as your need requires. This is the first step. There is much more to come. Members are welcome to post their thoughts and experiences as we proceed for the benefit of all. You are in your room and are gathering around you all the things you need to make you comfortable and that will enhance you power to serve. Now as you think about it you become aware of other members of the group not far from you in rooms of their own. They may not even be in the present time. Someone close to your heart may not be there now but next week or next month, but you can still feel their presence. Several others you can sense in the present time. For this next day concentrate on just feeling and sensing the presence of others in their rooms. Do not try and enter other rooms or see them yet, but just feel the vibration of others who have made this journey with you and join in Purpose and Love with them. Remember to work on building your room even if you had difficulty in seeing all the steps in getting there. You can fill in the steps later, but it is important that all of us see ourselves in our own private holy space and manifest everything in there that we desire for our comfort and for service. In our last step we sensed the presence of others in the group in adjoining rooms. These members may be a little in the future, perhaps they have not arrived in their space yet, but they are present and available nonetheless. Now you begin to sense that there is one person in particular of the opposite sex or polarity that will be a working partner for you. This may or may not be a mate or romantic partner. Whether romance is involved or not the person will definitely be someone who compliments you in energy and is willing to blend with you in the Purpose of service. This person may be in our present group or he or she may come in the group in the near future, but even if he or she is not with us yet the entity can be with us in the higher spheres. See yourself going to one of the glowing walls and placing your hands on them. As you do, you feel a warm vibration and sense that your partner is doing the same thing on the other side and is also feeling your vibration. You do not see your partner at this present time, but you find it immensely interesting to bask in his or her vibration and as you do you try and visualize who this person may be and when you will meet. You find that by just touching the wall and feeling the vibration you sense more about this person than you ever did on the physical plane. You have been touching the wall of your room and your counterpart is on the other side. Now see that the wall is disappearing and your partner is standing before you. You may or may not see who this is, but you will sense his or her vibration. You proceed toward this person and give them a hug and as you do the vibration of love is greatly increased. Close your eyes and bask in this joyous feeling for a moment. As you do it almost seems like you are so close that you are in one body together. Now you draw back and the wall comes up again, but the feeling of union remains. You know you can remove the wall any time you want now, but for the present the wall is a means of focusing your attention on the next step. Until you receive that next step contemplate on the idea that you seem to be alone, but that you are not alone. Contemplate the phrase "Isolated Unity." Now you are in your room relaxing enjoying the lingering presence of your partner and you sense a vibration from the other side of the wall in the opposite direction. This vibration gets your attention because it seems to be of a very high order. You go over to the wall and put your hands on it and you sense that a being of great perfection is on the other side. You sense great love, intelligence and feeling and part of you very much desires an encounter with this person and part of you is a little nervous because the vibration is so high - possibly beyond that of a Master. Nevertheless you sense that communing with this entity is something you are supposed to do and you give a mental command for the wall to come down. The wall seems to evaporate slowly and the image of this person also materializes slowly. You are glad because the glory of this being is so great it takes a minute for your eyes and your senses to adjust. At first the countenance of this person is a brilliant white, but as you adjust he/she seems to look like a normal human being, but with great beauty and perfection. You look at this person and he/she seems familiar, but you can't seen to put your finger on it until you look in the eyes. As you look in the eyes you realize that you do know this personage and you know him/her very well. This person is you! But not you from the present. Instead it is you from the far future, a you who has reached relative perfection and has made a journey back into the far past to give you guidance. He/she knows and remembers you well and is acutely aware of every problem you presently have and will have in this life. He/she knows this is an important life for you and wants to give you some advice and answer any questions you have. Your next assignment is to listen to the advice your future self has for you and then you can ask any questions you desire. Try and ask three questions. If you have three questions this person from the future will consider it worthwhile to visit you again. ....... behind the third wall is a special room that allows you to contact friends and relatives who have died as well as other interesting acquaintances from your distant past who are not incarnated at the present time. Use your will to cause the third wall to come down and enter this room and sit and contemplate your friends, associates and ancestors who have gone on before you. You may be surprised at who will show up to converse with you. After making a review of the three walls concentrate on the fourth wall. On the other side are at least twenty four others doing this same meditation - twelve male and twelve female. Some of these twenty-four may be doing the meditation a little in the future; but nevertheless, you sense at least twenty four, but more is OK. As you begin to sense the presence of these people the wall fades away and you walk toward them and join then in an unbroken circle. The circle alternates with male/female; male/female. Next to you is your partner. It could be your partner you sensed on the other side of the wall or it could be a working partner. It does not matter for there is total acceptance and spiritual love throughout the group. You sense a spiritual equality throughout the group for the spiritual energy circulates freely among us all. Now as a group we say the first verse of the Song of the 144,000. When we say the sentence "...and wherever we will the light to descend," the group then wills light to descend in the middle of the circle. As you exercise your will to manifest light you sense the combined will of the group joining into a will of great power and you see a visible expanding circle of light manifesting in the center. As you witness this light expanding the group says the second verse. As the words "...and wherever we will the Love to be enflamed," are said you see within the growing light the image of Christ beginning to manifest with greater and greater clarity. You sense within Him a power of Light and Love that we can only wish for upon the physical plane. Next we say: "We thank you Father that you are in us and we are in you." Suddenly, you are no longer in the circle, but you are in the middle. Your consciousness is within the form of Christ itself and you realize that oneness with God is much more than a figure of speech. You sense an ecstasy looking through the eyes of Christ and feeling the fire of Love in His heart that you never before dreamed possible. As the group centers in the midway point and adjusts to the energy we say: "that through us Your Will is sent forth on wings of Power:" "That Your Purpose is accomplished on earth as it is in heaven." Now that you are in this heightened state contemplate on what this verse of the song means. If you send forth the Will of God then you must be one with God and His Will is passing through you. Can you sense what the Will and Power of God feels like as you are One with Christ? Can you sense the Purpose of God - that it is more than a goal of some kind, but as aspect that must be revealed through your oneness? Can you sense that you are close to the Purpose of God when you send forth the Will of God on the wings of His Power? We go to NJ for the "food" we need and then come back refreshed and better able to do service here. The word service covers a very large area. Just smiling at a stranger is providing a service. Saying "good morning", "have a good day", etc. are forms of service. Sometimes that is as far as we can go where a lot of folks are concerned. But it's a service, nevertheless and I give thanks when I can do that. I see you are also a "background" worker. Well, the big production would have problems if it weren't for the background workers. Hi Lorraine, I know what it feels like to be lonely, it can tear one right apart. I spent several years feeling like this, but I have been guided to deeper knowledge and I no longer feel like that anymore. About 4 years ago the feeling of desperation that I would never find any one to share my life with became almost unbearable to me. This is when 'some one up there' must have thought it was time for a little lesson. Through one seemingly insignificant offer made to me by an aggressive book club I was guided to the spiritual track that I have been on ever since (funny was that the lesson did not only that, but it helped me to accept my situation and also confronted me with my greed at the same time; they must love multiple-in-one lessons up there). Since then I have learned that no one is ever really alone and that maybe some people are destined to spend some time alone in order to learn something or be of some service which maybe they couldn't do otherwise. I haven't made any successful trips to NJ yet, so I don't know the feeling of meeting one's perfect match (I have never felt that on this earth either), so I may have a bit of an advantage here by not knowing what I am missing. Nevertheless, I don't think you need to worry. I have faith in God to show me the right directions, while still doing my best to end up in the best situation possible of course, and that has given me a tremendous piece of mind. Of course there still are times when it is a bit more difficult, but that's only natural. I also know/remember that when I felt very lonely and some one told me to just have faith in God I would say 'yeah sure...' and it didn't make me feel any better. Last night, as I was trying to imagine myself in NJ, my imagination turned to vague visualization in an odd sequence of events. My vision was blurry at best, but my hearing was good. There were several people surrounding me (I sense there were 12) asking me various hypothetical questions. They were testing me. They would ask me a question, and I would answer based on the highest good I knew. Questions came in the twinkling of an eye, and my answers seemed to come just as quickly. With each question I would catch glimpses of the scenario they were describing, and try to imagine how I would deal with each scenario. The only part of this visualization I can remember clearly, the part that affected me the most, was the end. After all of the questions had been asked, one of them spoke, saying, "Yes, but how will he handle a real world scenario?" I was instantly awake. The scene was so vague, I don't remember what any of the people looked like. It was as if I was in some sort of fog where I could hear everything that was going on around me, and sense where people were, but couldn't completely see them. The person who spoke at the end felt more like a father to me. His voice was had a heir of authority, while at the same time great love. He also seemed very concerned about the task he was working on, which somehow involved me? Maybe this was just a dream, but I wasn't completely asleep. I was still aware of my surroundings in the physical world. Nevertheless, his final statement has left me in somewhat of an anxious state. Has anyone else had a similar experience? The Intelligence of God oversaw the evolution until the midway point of progression in this universe was achieved. This was reached by the creation of the human kingdom. As the human kingdom became manifest the Attention of God shifted from the lower kingdoms to mankind and this great Intelligence rested upon humanity making him the present point of focused attention. As the Attention of God now rests upon human beings throughout this universe man has the distinction of being the only physical conscious creators in present universal existence. The Intelligence that has created the great and complicated forms within the atoms, molecules and cells has now gifted that Intelligence to mankind. Therefore, the first great purpose of man is to discover and use the intelligence behind the great forms that have already been completed in the microcosm and apply that knowledge to the macrocosm. Then after man has organized human forms with similar intelligence to the atomic, molecular forms and cells he will then move to the next great stage of evolution and increase the complexity and beauty of form to a perfection that has never been achieved since the beginning of time in any kingdom that has ever existed. We will do more than repeat what has been done before; instead we will create "all things new." That is the first great purpose of the destiny of mankind. The next great purpose will be to solve a problem that scientists have discovered within our universe. It appears to scientists that the universe is expanding and that there is not enough gravitational pull to stop this expansion. Therefore they believe the universe will merely expand, dissipate and die after a period of ages. Lo, such scientists are looking for the wrong solution for the salvation of our universe. The answer to this lies not in gravitational pull, but in the Intelligence of God as it manifests through mankind. The one unpredictable force that we know exists within creation is the human kingdom and these little humans living on an unlimited number of worlds will unite in Intelligence in ages hence and move planets, stars and galaxies out of their orbits and draw the orbs back from their mindless expansion. These lowly humans billions of years hence will seem like Gods directing the great systems toward more intelligent and useful forms that create life on larger scales than has ever been imagined by the highest avatar. Imagine having the power to move a moon of Jupiter, like Europa, around the orbit of the earth as a preparation for the extension of human life! Imagine having the power to move the star system of Alpha Centura into our solar system creating a double star and much easier access to its planets so we can transform its primitive life into a garden of Eden. Then imagine moving twelve star systems into one central location allowing the various inhabitants much greater access and communion on the physical level. And yet this is only the beginning of that which the great Intelligence of God has in store for us. Verily, here is a principle never before revealed to man in clarity. Human beings are the soul of the universe. Just as you have soul within your physical body that creates and gives you form, even so man is the soul energy within the great body of the universe and has a destiny to create the great body of God on a universal scale. Macrocosmic creation is a great way off in time. Yet every great journey, whether it be in time or space, is composed of steps which must be taken in present time. The next great step for mankind is to duplicate among the human kingdom that which has already been accomplished in the lower kingdoms of molecules and atoms. This coming evolution among humanity is the Molecular Relationship. It is called such because it is most obviously observed in the atomic unions in the Molecules themselves, and now we must rediscover from the memory of God the principles that we will transpose from the lower to the higher kingdoms.
