I think that if one is expecting to see the Christ of two thousand years ago, one will not recognize him because he loves all men and not just those of a certain faith. In this way, I think that the Brotherhood of Light has not been very successful in promoting this idea among humanity. Nations still to this day fight amongst themselves and others. There is great unrest throughout the world at this time. My guess is that his teachings have been distorted by the church; they are far from what he lived and taught. There is a great need now for him and the love and loving understanding that he exemplified. If the major reason he has not yet returned is that the world is not at peace, then there is much work to do in order to have a world united in love and peace. For me and as I perceive from my innerself, my higher consciousness of self that wakes me up, springs me into life, motivates me to create inspiring works, that enlivens my enthusiasm and love for all. That makes me want to shout wake up. The essences of us that exists in the now is the inspiration that just Comes to our inner wisdom from our Universal Source/God. "In speaking of evolution, the mysteries of life and the human spirit there is often more involved than a simple increase in vibration. Instead the concept may involve a quantum leap of some kind and the results are more difficult to predict." Maybe it is as simple as waking up a sleeping planet by this feeling of inspiration. So everyone will start to decide, create, work with God, instead of expecting God to do everything for us, ie. Here are my hands God what would you like me to do? "So what is the higher correspondence to consciousness then?" The energy that is our inner wisdom, that connects all of us to God. "If we had power to follow godlike lives to an existence where there is no consciousness as we know it because there is no time and space what in the world would be left?" We do have the power don't we? unlimited decisions, unlimited options, wouldn't it be up to us what there would be? Wouldn't we decide and create the picture. "The higher correspondent of consciousness, the root of the tree beyond time and space from which all consciousness, time and space springs forth is the Life Principle itself. This Life Principle is very closely related to the first key which is that power within you that makes decisions. The major decision that the Life Principle makes as far we understand it is "to be or not to be," within the words of time and space." Is this my inspiration thing that I wrote about up top before I actually read this. "There are many lives who have decided "not to be" and look upon us as foolish to venture forth into these changeable worlds of time and space. On the other hand, we brave (or foolish from another viewpoint) who have ventured forth have the belief that going through these worlds of form and BECOMING what we decide to become will bring us an eternal enrichment that the other lives will not possess." Are you talking about the living dead who are going through life asleep, indifferent, detached. What do you think about the detachment theory of detaching from our thoughts and feelings? Here I thought I was just being vague, hahahahahahahahha ;oD "A great inventor, songwriter, writer or other creative artist will often get his inspiration when his regular mind is in some type of suspension, and he tunes into a higher type of thinking by not thinking." Do you mean like automatic writing. That comes with a flash of inspiration, that you write so quickly you find it hard to keep up, could be in the form of anything, for me it is poetry. "To tune into higher realities we must tune out the current reality to some degree. The process of seeing auras involves a process like this with the art of seeing. To see the aura of another you must go through the art of a process I have named "not seeing." I saw my aura for the first time the other night, I use to think that it was a whole heap of baloney, until I started seeing the first stage of the aura. The whiteness that floats around you, like a smoky white mist that comes out of the top of your head in the middle, constantly moving. I did see the colours though the other night, I saw yellow, green and the most amazing colour purple. When I close my eyes sometimes in my mind I will see a bright red but mainly a bright purple. I find it easiest to see my aura in a mirror. Sometimes if I hold my hand out between my fingers the air looks liquidified. Am I ready for the looney bin *lol* hahahahhaha I don't think so. Seems awfully real to me. "time you catch a glimpse of an aura you will be startled by its beauty and rouse yourself to take a better look by "seeing." The second you try and see it, the colors will immediately disappear. Instead you must let the aura manifest, and when it does, check yourself so you make absolutely no effort to see. When no effort is made to see then you will see that which was before invisible." My vision went blurry naturally when I saw mine and I held it like that then my reflection of my self separated, I focused in the middle of my two selves and then it snapped back to one. The whiteness around me grew then I got a sense of purple and just then I saw these colours around me which seemed to last for minutes. All the time I felt someone along side me but couldn't see anyone. "In addition to seeing auras through the process of "not seeing" you can see the etheric body, the energy fields that circulate around your body and the most difficult of all, the auric film which is egg shaped and circulates about an arm's length from your body. On this film is projected various thoughts represented in geometric forms." Haven't seen the egg yet though! "Thus to see beyond the world of form we must suspend the seeing of form and go to the universe of infinite ideas by not seeing, not thinking and not feeling. When our ATTENTION is shifted to this higher reality we become absent minded and tap into a higher mind. When we do tap into this higher universal mind we can then, though the medium of the soul, bring down into regular consciousness ideas that can become clothed in physical reality." I can relate to this I have had information overload coming from my inner wisdom that my conscious self has a hard time to put it into words and to keep up with. However the more I write the more I understand and my awareness and perception expands. "There is much more that could be written on this subject. A few would find it fascinating, but others may lose interest. The main point to learn from all this is that no matter how much we think we have everything figured out there will always be another step for us to take and there are steps above those steps. We live in a universe where progression is eternal and those who are on the Path realize that this is as it should be." What you say here feels so true to me because of my above experience. I find what you write fascinating and interesting, I can relate it to my experiences as well feel the understanding.. Can I just say sometimes it is just nice not to know and enjoy the experience without wanting to Analyse everything. I think we are still in the infancy of this but as more people awake it will grow even more at an alarming rate, people will be able know what is true because of what they are perceiving and experiencing within their internal frame to their external environment. As for the Brother Hood of Light, I think they are doing their best, look what they have to work with. I would love it if you could explain it to me very simply." Ok, let's say that you're the chef of your reality :) Furthermore, you have an endless appetite for life, the one you create. What you decide to cook and take inside of yourself becomes you, you are the decision you feed yourself with. However, it takes a little while before you can taste your creation and determine its nutritional value. Is it what you desire right now, does it meet your likes or is to your dislike? Do you need to spice up your life, (no pun or reference to those British Spice dudettes intended!:) does your Self created dish need more salt, or perhaps it should be a little sweeter in taste? This process of deciding what to cook and what it really tasted like (=to make decisions in the now and then perceiving the outcome of those decisions, seeing the changes they created in the current reality) is an ongoing cycle, and thanks to the lag between what you are creating and what the perception of it really is like for you in your current circumstances you are able to alter the recipe in the now in the desired direction, create yourself anew thru your decision in the now, based on your perception of the decision you had made before. And what you decide is of course tied to where you are in your life right now. Few start their days with a glass of wine in the morning, but that same glass may fit perfectly with a romantic dinner :) There's a time and place (space:) for everything. Me myself, the flu bug bit me and I could use capuccino and some homemade cookies right now :D "If there was no conscious direction would a person be responsible for their actions. Quite random I'd say :) The events would be like loose bubbles dwelling in space instead of creating a coherent continuous chain. Whether or not you make conscious decisions, you still end up somewhere... and perhaps what is the start of self-consciousness is realizing that hey, what I choose here actually changes reality, my decisions do have an effect, so why not utilize this great gift :) Maybe a level of consciousness is about realizing how far-reaching our decisions can be, and then being able to reach the level of being able to manifesting those decisions. I think that whether or not conscious direction is involved in decision making, one is still responsible for their actions. In physical universe, we are all under the same laws of action and reaction. If I choose to push a swing away from me, it's bound to come back at me whether or not I really contemplated about doing it in the first place or I just got a random thought that lasted for a split-second that caused me to push the swing. Action and the reaction to it, or Karma being a form of this same principle, affect us as much whether or not the decisions we make are of the constructive or tearing kind. But as soon as we start perceiving the true effects of our decisions, we will grasp understanding of which kind of decisions are for the most good, for ourselves as individuals as well as humanity as a whole. What you give eventually always comes back to you, and what you decide to give is who you decide to be in relation to what you perceive around you. As you decide to change yourself, what comes back to you will also be different... So, JJ, are you saying what I think you're saying and what I've suspected before, that the second coming of Christ is not an actual seperate person, but the coming forth of the Christ within each of us? I think, to answer your question as best as I can, that the Christ Consciousness is the real heart knowledge that the kingdom of heaven is within, and that each and every person has that within them, whether they know it or not, and that part of it is treating others as we would like to be treated and really being able to see past all the blah blah blah (exterior stuff plus their own limited beliefs about themselves) to the truth of who everyone really is, which is a part of God. I think the Brotherhood of Light has been successful. There are more people who "get it" than I think most of realize (or maybe we do) - because I seem to find them everywhere. What is stage two? Peace. No more war. Allowing people to be who they are and accepting them, along with a forgiveness of the past (I'm thinking of the Serbs and Kosovars here - forget the "Field of Blackbirds" some 600 years ago - and get to a place of "Live and Let Live."). No more power trips. A letting go of "control issues" on a large scale (I know many people who are working hard on this in their own lives - as it spreads the world will be a much more peaceful place, I think). Though a single individual can advance fairly rapidly within one life time, the mass of humanity or earth spirit takes much longer. Many generations may pass before a simple idea can take root and flourish. Two thousand years have passed, since Christ's last appearance among us, and only now are we beginning to get close to being able to work with Him on the next step. In my own case, I have been dedicated to seeking the truth for 30 years and within the last 2 years or so have begun to feel an accelerated growth and progress. I see this same speeding up happening to all of mankind, except on a larger longer scale. With the growth of internet communication, this is even more so and much of what I have learned, in the last 2 years has been aided by spending time on line. I feel the Brothers of Light are responsible for most of the growth we have had in the last 2,000 years and that they surely must be using the internet to further the work. I personally can feel that I am being prepared for my part in the Great Plan and have a very strong feeling that, before I leave this body, I will meet my master, face to face. I think stage two will involve Christ working directly among men, at first through a core group and ultimately through government, with the whole world. Most everyone probably has a vague idea of what it is from hearing about the life of Jesus (or Krishna, Buddha or Mohammad). But it is hard for some to transplant that concept to the here and now as there are so many other overpowering, purposeful actions from the media and the secret government that keep one's attention in duality and away from thinking about it. I can give you some of the info that I was taught about it, but even what I might say feels inadequate to me. I am perhaps still stuck in what I think is the second stage which is convincing people that it is possible to become Christed, just as Jesus became Christed. Instead of the word "octaves", I personally prefer to use the word "dimensions". The Christ energy is the 5th dimension. In the 3rd dimension we are still in duality. As we enter the 4th, our frequencies become chaotic as we cross the bridge into the 5th where oneness lies. Wow, there is so much to explain that I have learned, but it is difficult for me to put into a short email. The training that Jesus went through get to the 5th took many years. And it took me many years just to learn the rudiments of the concept of the 5th and to accept the idea that I can also be a Christ. So for me, Christ Consciousness is defined as no longer being in separation from God, in realizing the oneness of unconditional love in every action and thought I have. When I become a Christ, I will no longer be in duality, fear or judgment. I will be fully conscious of all of the input to the different areas of my brain. I will be able to heal with a touch and to raise the dead. Everyone in Christ Consciousness will be able to do all of the things that Jesus did, and more (as the Bible says). I will never be ill and I will be able to change my body and appearance at will. (There goes the white hair and extra weight!) I will see everyone's "eggs". Flowers will bloom when I walk by and I will be able to control the weather. I will never be too cold or too hot again. I could go on, but to me, this is everything that one can think of that will allow one to become the master of one's reality. I'm still thinking about this one!! As a child I loved to play at my mothers piano. One day I discovered the mathematic proportions in scales and chords and there after could play any song I wanted. That the WORD is music, I have no doubt. If the orbits of the planets are converted into frequencies and speeded up, it produces an interesting song. If you convert the thickness of each course of stones to a frequency, the resulting song sounds like a song bird (my own original research). When I owned a recording studio, I would sometimes suggest to my friends that we attempt to create music from math equations. Some of the results were quite pleasing while others could be disturbing. I have read, in several places, that when you chant AUM it should be at D above middle C. For me, D is one of the sweetest keys to write music in. When I was seven, I had my tonsils removed. As they were putting me to sleep, I heard harps playing the prettiest music I have ever heard. My daughter, Rachel, just got an electric guitar, last weekend. I don't claim to be any good at it, but I do love to play. The thickness of each course of stones, referred to the masonry in the Great Pyramid. I had done some experiments with converting them to frequencies, a couple of years ago, after noticing that a chart, graphing the thickness of each layer looked remarkably like a chart I had worked out for some chaos math on strange attractors. I had this theory that the same math was related to how all the elements are precipitated out of nothingness as energy is applied and that the builders of the pyramid were trying to give us the formula. I thought this progression of numbers, when converted into a sound, might be the "Word" itself and was trying to hear what it might be. Can we few Keysters make a difference in the world? An interesting thing happened today, that suggests we can. Back before the Keys of Knowledge list got started, Samu and I were both members on the Lemuria mail list. I began creating a 3D image of the continent of Lemuria, based on a map that was drawn in the 40's by Dr. Robert Stelle, founder of the Lemurian Fellowship. As soon as I had some pictures of it ready, I offered to e-mail copies to any member that wanted one. It took a week to send copies to everyone. Then, as I continued to improve the images, I suggested that if someone was interested in putting them on a web page, (I hadn't learned that art yet) I would send them each new image and anyone that wanted a copy, could just copy them from the page. Samu volunteered and built an entire page for them. We both enjoyed working as a team and felt we were earning some good karma for providing this free service. I hinted to him, at the time, that if links developed to his page, we might become graphic super-stars. A few months later, he sent me a variation that some Artist in South America had done, based on the artwork I had done. This morning, Samu sent me an excited letter telling how Fortean Times Magazine, in London England wanted to include the illustration in their next issue. Because of our closeness, he was able to give them my permission, in advance of me even being asked. Because of our experiences of unity, we two entities were able to act as one. Samu spoke the very words I would have. Now we can both say we are internationally known artists. Now, I find myself thinking about how we, as Keysters can apply teamwork and the internet to indeed begin making changes to bring Heaven and Earth together. One person can post a joke or an inspirational message or a virus warning on the net and in a very short time it's all over the world. Drop a hint, on a mail list, that the Immortal is the best thing you've read in many moons and a week later there's a half dozen new Keysters on this list (believe me, I've done it more than once). You tell two friends and they tell two friends, etc. You don't have to go into any details about the book, just a hint that you found it interesting will start a chain reaction, among seekers of truth. Mighty oaks start out as little acorns. Plant a few seeds yourself and watch them grow. You don't have to be an author, a great speaker or an international celebrity to begin to make a difference. For me, Christ consciousness is an awareness and acceptance of our divinity where, to use an an analogy of the alchemists of old, I am transformed and liberated from the limitations of matter (base metal) to the pure flame of spirit (gold). It is an understanding of human evolution in relation to God's Plan for creation mainly through soul contact, for just as the soul is the mediator between spirit and matter, Christ is the mediator between God and man. Christ consciousness is Christ residing in my heart; the Kingdom of heaven residing within me, manifesting in abundant life, full of light, love and power. It is also a recognition and understanding of the second aspect of God - the love/wisdom aspect - as manifested by the Son - the Christ. I think the Hierarchy has done a great job preparing mankind for Christ's second coming. There is an expectation throughout all the world that the 'Saviour's arrival is imminent, regardless of religious affiliation. Of course, not many people understand the nature of his arrival but the expectation is there nevertheless. There has been an enormous growth in spirituality and enlightened thinking during the last couple of hundred years. Intelligent thinking and its corollary, good government, has increased. Mankind is becoming more service oriented and desirous of establishing right human relations -essential ingredients if we are to enter an era of peace with the Prince of Peace reigning. I'm not sure of the next major step because there seem to be so many requirements before Christ returns (not that he's ever left). The reality of the Hierarchy has to be accepted by mankind, peace has to reign on the planet, mankind has to become even more service oriented etc. Perhaps it isn't enough for Christ's coming to be accepted as inevitable for it to happen. Maybe we have to actively pursue it by evoking his return through prayer and supplication. Certainly, there has to be a groundswell of forerunners for it to happen - an organized world-wide group of servers who will act as his representatives to prepare the world for his coming. One of the goals of the Brotherhood is to just get the term popularized so when a person in any group throws out the term "Christ Consciousness" that each person in the group will recognize the phrase and at least have a vague idea of what the person is talking about. This goal has been fairly well reached over the past thirty years. It wasn't too far back that you never heard this term thrown around in any standard conversation, but today it is not surprising to hear the phrase show up most anywhere where the people in the group are at least sober. The good part is that when the average person hears this term today he generally has at least a vague idea of what is meant. He registers a meaning something to the idea that this refers to some type of higher consciousness, or some type of tuning in to a more spiritual way of thinking as Jesus did. Above and beyond this, the more spiritual people in the planet register thoughts and feelings about the term similar to your posts today. The group has demonstrated an understanding of the Christ Consciousness that the Masters have anticipated for the teachers of the race. Some believe that the second coming of the Christ is the coming of the Christ Consciousness. They are partly correct for this is indeed the first stage of the Coming and, as we approach the new millennium, this first stage is nearing fulfillment. This first stage will continue to grow in power as the second stage begins and progresses toward the desired goal over the next thirty years. We had two pretty good guesses about the second stage. Rick said: "I think stage two will involve Christ working directly among men, at first through a core group and ultimately through government, with the whole world." Then Glenys adds: "Certainly, there has to be a groundswell of forerunners for it to happen - an organized world-wide group of servers who will act as his representatives to prepare the world for his coming." These ideas are headed the right direction. In this second stage the entity who is the Christ will be directly involved with certain groups and individuals. This will be much more powerful in influence than a general higher consciousness, for the actual entity who was here 2000 years ago will work directly with humanity to an increasing degree. To understand how this will happen we must understand the real nature of the first coming of Christ. One of them was called the Fibonacci numbers. Leonardo Fibonacci devised his method by taking numbers starting with "one" and adding each number to the previous number. He discovered there was a formula describing the relationship between his numbers which was one half the square root of five minus also described the nature of everything in nature that formed a spiral. Astronomers claimed the relationships of planets in the solar system, even the shape of the Milky Way were described by the Fibonacci numbers. The golden mean describes any point on a line where the ratio of the smaller part to the larger part is the same as the ratio of the larger part to the whole line. This ratio was used by all ancient civilizations in architecture, painting and music. Pythagoras discovered that the base of the Western music scale was the octave because a plucked string divided in half would give the same sound exactly eight tones higher than one twice as long. The frequency of vibration of a string is inversely proportional to its length. One of his secrets was that a musical fifth or the golden mean of an octave, when repeated twelve times in ascending sequence should return to the original note eight octaves higher. BUT instead, when it got there it was off by one eighth of a note so the ascending scale would form a spiral. I've never heard that phrase before but it is certainly true that each entity does have a different "signature" represented in the way we sense their energy, just as each of us has unique voice patterns. There is a power and science of names and we will cover that when the time comes. I'll make a few more comments on the formless worlds and psychic activity. Most automatic writing, channeling and many predictions come from the astral world and the akasha. In many cases the material retrieved can be helpful, but other times it may be distorted and subject to much illusion. Anything retrieved, especially without conscious participation, needs to be consciously interpreted through the eyes of the soul. Whereas the astral world as well as the mental realms are worlds of form, just as this physical world is (but a higher octave), the formless worlds have no form as we know it, but are the source of all form. One may ask, how could a formless world even exist? If there is no form there is nothing, right? Not quite. The lowest of the formless worlds is a world of essential ideas. Consider the song "Yesterday" by the Beatles. Even before the formation of the Beatles, the essence of the song existed beyond time and space as an idea in the mind of God. As an essential idea it had no form. Then Lennon and McCartney tuned into this formless idea and brought it down into time and space and clothed it with vibration, vinyl and sheet music. If every piece of form representing this song in this world were destroyed the essential idea would still exist in the formless worlds and take form again somewhere, sometime. Look at your computer, a coffee cup, your watch... These are all ideas clothed in form. The idea behind each form (including your body) is eternal and exists in the higher worlds and is experienced by pure life energy which resides there. To tap into the formless worlds we must go beyond consciousness in time and space and identify with essential life energy which is one with all other lives in a world of ideas. Actually living there beyond time and space is beyond regular human consciousness. The best we can do is tap into these higher worlds and bring some inspired ideas from on high down to human consciousness. You'll never have great ideas brought down into manifestation from the formless worlds through psychic activity. The light bulb, the automobile, the telephone, the computer were all created by great minds expanding their consciousness to a higher realm and bringing the idea down to earth in cooperation with intelligent conscious thought. Facts deal with the worlds of form, but principles come from the formless worlds. You can obtain many facts from astral world, but not principles. They originate in the universe of ideas and are revealed in full consciousness. Post No. keys-l: /1999-04-15/3787 From: J J Dewey Subject: The Overshadowing Jesus Part I Before we can appreciate the Second Coming of Christ we must understand who He was when He lived His life as the Christ Many there are who think they understand this, yet are far from reality, for the real truth is so fantastic that the average man could not even keep the thought in his mind for one minutes consideration; nevertheless, even the truth of this great matter is in the scriptures. It lies in that great statement by Jesus when he said: "I and My Father are one... the Father is in me, and I in him." John 10:30, & 38 Does this mean that the Father and the Son are merely one in purpose, or does the meaning go much deeper than this? As we examine the scriptures we see that the meaning is far different than imagined for John gives us a leading clue: "This is he of whom I said, After me cometh a man which is preferred before me: for he was before me. AND I KNEW HIM NOT: but that he should be made manifest to Israel, therefore am I coming baptizing with water. And John bare record, saying, I saw the Spirit descending from heaven like a dove, and it abode upon him. and I knew him not: but he that sent me to baptize with water, the same said unto me, UPON WHOM THOU SHALT SEE THE SPIRIT DESCENDING AND REMAINING ON HIM, THE SAME IS HE WHICH BAPTIZETH WITH 'THE HOLY GHOST. And I saw, and bare record that this is the Son of God." John 1:30- 34. This scripture raises several interesting questions. First why was it that John the Baptist and Jesus were cousins, yet John said of Jesus "I knew him not". You would think that if anyone knew that Jesus was the Christ that it would have been John for he was preparing the way for his own cousin!' You would have thought that Mary and Joseph would have explained to the forerunner that their son was the Son of God. Why was it that God himself had to identify the Son of God to John? The startling answer is that before Jesus was baptized by John in Jordan, the Son of God was not on the earth in fullness, but John was aware of how he was to come and he was awaiting verification of this from God. Jesus was the reincarnation of Joshua from the days of Moses but John and others were awaiting the presence of one far greater than him, and none were positive as to who it was that was going to receive this great entity in what we may want to call a divine possession, but a possession that was completely voluntary. We may more correctly call it an overshadowing presence. John knew through the Spirit that the Son of God was to be revealed through the ordinances he was performing and he was awaiting that final confirmation when he would see the Spirit descend and "remain" with some holy man. When this finally happened with his cousin Jesus he "saw and bare record that this is the Son of God." Who then was the Son of God? It was the Spirit that John saw descending on Jesus. This entity was of such a high order that a pure body had to be prepared for him, for He could not at that time incarnate directly among the Sons of Men. Thus after this great Spirit descended and "remained" with Jesus He became "one" with the "Father" within him and received great power and always gave recognition to that Spirit and for three great years Jesus and the Son of God shared the same body. However, because of his great sacrifices Jesus has become known as a Son of God whereas the Spirit within him is usually referred to as the "Father". The meanings to these scriptures have even more depth than we are discussing so one must keep in mind that we are discussing one aspect of truth here. A careful reading of the scriptures will reveal that the meaning of the Father within is literal as well as figurative. For instance Jesus said "My Father is greater than I." John 14:28. At one time Jesus tried to explain to his disciples that He was not working alone, that his power was not his alone, but was coming from another higher entity who he called the "Father". He said to his disciples: "If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also: and from henceforth ye know him, and have seen him. Philip saith unto him, Lord, shew us the Father, and it sufficeth us. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me Philip? HE THAT HATH SEEN ME HATH SEEN THE FATHER; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? The words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: But THE FATHER THAT DWELLETH IN ME, HE DOTH THE WORKS." John 14:7-10 Why was it that Jesus said that the Father was greater than himself if whoever saw Him also saw the Father? The two statements are definitely contradictory with any other explanation except the one presented here. If they are one being then one cannot be greater than the other, but if they were two spirits co-existing in the same body then the statement can make sense. In fact, if one will read all the scriptures concerning oneness in this light he will see this as a master key to a great mystery. Some Christians feel that both the Father and the Son look alike physically and that is why Jesus said "he that hath seen me hath seen the Father," but when one reads the whole scripture he will see that Jesus was not teaching this principle, even if it were true. For instance, a few verses later Jesus tells us that they have seen the Father because the Father was in him, not because they both looked alike. He even went so far as to say that it was not him that did the great works they saw, but the Father, "he doeth the works". There are numerous other scriptures that bear witness to the dual occupancy of the body of Jesus. One of the greatest was in response to a legitimate accusation of the Pharisees against the testimony of the mission of Jesus: "The Pharisees therefore said unto him, Thou bearest record of thyself; thy record is not true." John 8:13 In making this statement they were referring to their law which said: "At the mouth of two witnesses, or at the mouth of three witnesses, shall the matter be established." Deut. 19:15 This was repeated by Paul: "In the mouth of two or three witnesses shall every word be established." II Cor 13:1 Jesus gave an interesting response: "Though I bear record of myself, yet my record is true: for I know whence I came, and whither I go; but ye cannot tell whence I come, and whither I go. Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man. And yet if I judge, my judgment is true: FOR I AM NOT ALONE, BUT I AND THE FATHER THAT SENT ME.. It is also written in your law, that the testimony of two men is true. I am one that beareth witness of myself, AND the Father that sent me beareth witness of me." John 8:14-18 Here Jesus claims that he was fulfilling the law of establishing the truth of his mission with the witness of "two men" for he clearly stated "I am not alone". Where then was the other man? This is what the Jews wondered for they asked him: "Where is thy Father? Jesus answered, Ye neither know me, nor my Father: If ye had known me, ye should have known my Father also." John 8:19 Later they asked him again: "Who art thou?" and he told them: "I do nothing of myself; but as my Father hath taught me, I speak these things. And he that sent me IS WITH ME: THE FATHER HATH NOT LEFT ME ALONE... I speak that which I have seen with my Father..." John 8:25,28- 29 & 38. Along this same line He also said: "The Son can do nothing of himself, but what he seeth the Father do: For what things soever he doeth, these also doeth the Son likewise...I can of mine own self do nothing: as I hear, I judge: and my judgment is just; because I seek not mine own will, but the will of the Father which hath sent me. If I bear witness of myself, my witness is not true. There IS ANOTHER THAT BEARETH WITNESS OF ME." John 5:19,30-32. This dual occupancy is called an "overshadowing" by some teachers of the race. The Spirit of Christ overshadowed the body of Jesus, and Jesus was in such harmony with the Christ that he always did what was communicated to him because he realized the Christ was a higher intelligence. A rather inaccurate example, but the best available would be that of a scientist putting an implant within the brain of a friend that he wants to fill a mission for him. This implant allows the scientist to reproduce on a television screen all that his friend sees through his eyes. He is also capable of reading all of his thoughts as well as sending his own to his friend. He sends his friend on a dangerous, but important mission to a ruthless and savage people, but promises him that he will be with him and provide safety with his greater knowledge and will tell him what to do. Thus whenever the friend encounters a situation he cannot handle the scientist tells him the words to say and thus they are not the man's words, but the scientist's. The scientist decides to impress the barbarians with a few miracles so he tells his friend to do some impressive things like walking on water for example. The friend does not fear for he knows the scientist will help him with his super scientific knowledge and reverse gravity for him. Then he will tells an inner group that the works he does are not his, but the one who sent him but they do not understand. It is a true principle that the tactics used by evil entities are a mere distorted reflection of divine action. This is true as far as demonic possession goes. It is but a copy of divine possession, except the difference is that evil takes away free agency and God always works with complete freedom of individual action. What happened in the dual possession of the body of Jesus will also happen with a number of others before the Christ walks among us again in the flesh, except this time he will come in greater glory, for he may eventually come in a body which is entirely his own, but before this can occur there will be a number of temporary overshadowings. Jesus said: "If any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come into him, and will sup with him, and he with me. To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me on my throne, EVEN AS I ALSO OVERCAME, and am set down with my Father in his throne." Rev. 3:20-21. He also said: "And my Father and I are one. I am in the Father and the Father in Me; and inasmuch as ye have received me, ye are in me and I IN YOU. Wherefore, I am in your midst, and am the good shepherd, and the stone of Israel. He that buildeth on this rock shall never fall. And the day cometh that you SHALL HEAR MY VOICE, and know that I am. Watch therefore, that ye may be ready." Here we have prophesies that we shall someday experience an overshadowing as Jesus did if we are worthy. They are actually prophesies that refer to the second stage of the Second Coming. What the one I was talking about was Jesus in Palestine This was channeled from Sananda himself and talks about the crucifixion was planned from the time of Atlantis, It talks about the crucifixion but it is pretty general stuff. I don't have a problem with the name if it really is Jesus however I get uncomfortable feeling and I just can't read it. So there it tells me and confirms that this is not right for me to have. Each of the tribes visited had their own name for him. some of the names I recall are; Hurricane, Waco, Wakan, Quetzal- Coatl. He was know to heal the sick, raise the dead, and inspire peace. In theosophy (or in some part of it), there is a description of matter that is exactly like that: coils, in series of seven. Seven little coils form a bigger coil. Seven bigger coils form a bigger one. And so on. Now the basic coil is a basic particle (i don't have the exact English words, i read it in Portuguese actually, in Jinarajadasa's "First principles of theosophy"), like a true "atom", that is in fact a basic particle emanated from the thought of "God", that condenses itself into a tiny whirlwind of force. And these "true atoms" combine in series of seven, and so on. Lelona's answer is correct when talking about the Christ principle that resides within all of us, but the overshadowing we are talking about is about the cooperation of an individual entity which is an entirely different thing. The three principles of the Godhead are reflected in fullness with each one of us. The Christ, as an aspect or principle, lies mostly undiscovered within each of us and this is a totally distinct concept apart from the Christ who taught in Jerusalem 2000 years ago. Each one of these three aspects has a representative on the earth who has manifested that principle to a degree of relative perfection. The entity who descended upon Jesus at His baptism and coexisted in his body is that representative for this little planet. This entity has been various great teachers in the earth's history including the Hindu Lord Krishna and Melchizedek from the days of Abraham. When we obtain the fullness of the Christ principle within ourselves we will have power over the form to the extent that if we are killed and our body torn apart we can "resurrect" it and reappear in the flesh on the physical plane. Since none of us have that power yet, the only way to manifest the Christ principle in fullness among the sons and daughters of men is through the "overshadowing" of an individual entity who has progressed out of the kindergarten we are in. An overshadowing is not an event we can affirm or decree because the decision to act is made by the overshadowing entity who is, in this case, the one we call the Christ. It is totally up to Him as to who He decides to directly work with. All we can do as individuals is to aspire to be a usable vessel for Him for if our vibration has not reached a certain degree then an overshadowing is impossible. If Christ were to attempt to directly overshadow the average seeker out there the high spiritual energy would cause a terrible and painful death. The experience was disturbing enough for Jesus. Right after the overshadowing event He went straight into the wilderness and fasted for forty days in an attempt to harmonize with the High and Holy Presence. There are several degrees of overshadowing that we will explore later. Rick and others: Interesting comments about reducing the math of the universe to music. The "music of the spheres is indeed a reality. You ask if Christ was an archangel? Some say He was the Archangel Michael who fought Lucifer in the war in heaven mentioned in Revelations chapter 12, but the full truth of this has not been given me. I will say that in addition to Krishna and Melchizedek He was the last Adam around 6000 years ago and then became the spiritual Adam 2000 years ago. (see I Cor 15:45) In general advanced souls do serve as angels or servants of the race between lives. In addition to this there are non human angelic lives that also work with the human race and are contacted through the language of universal symbols. The second coming of Christ has to be the most misunderstood doctrine in all Christendom for there is not one of the sects that is even halfway preparing for it correctly and when the Christ comes again he will again find his greatest response from the same type of people who received him the last time: The non religious people, and people who were ostracized by the normal religious community. When Jesus was with the twelve they asked him: "What shall be the sign of thy coming and of the end of the world. The word "coming" comes from the Greek PAROUSIA which more correctly is translated as "presence". This word is used by Paul to demonstrate this: "Wherefore, my beloved, as ye have always obeyed, not as in my presence (PAROUSIA) only, but now much more in my absence." Phil 2:12 Thus we see that PAROUSIA means the opposite of "absence". The word can also be translated as "nearness". Thus we see that the signs given in Matthew chapter twenty-four are indications of the nearness or the presence of Christ. The three stages of the coming of Christ are: (1) The teaching and introduction of the Christ Consciousness. The lifting up of the Son of Man or the Christ consciousness in a large group of people. (2) The partial and/or complete overshadowing of certain disciples and groups. (3) The appearance of Christ himself in a physical body. The second step is the beginning of the presence of the entity who is Christ on the earth for He shall indeed be present even though it may not be in a body of his own to start with, and this event is actually prophesied of in the scriptures themselves. A careful reading of Zechariah will reveal that the persons mentioned as Joshua and Zerubbabel are representative of the Christ. Keeping this in mind let us read: "Hear now, O Joshua the high priest, thou, and thy fellows that sit before thee: for they are men wondered at: for I will bring forth my servant the BRANCH. For behold the stone that I have laid before Joshua; upon one stone shall be SEVEN EYES, I will engrave the graving thereof, saith the Lord of Hosts, and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day." Zech 3:8-9 Here we have mention of Joshua who is Christ and the stone which is laid before him who was the overshadowing Christ, the stone of Israel. Then there is the servant, the BRANCH who will repeat the vibration of Moses on a higher octave. Finally there is a group of disciples who are "wondered at." These persons are the seven eyes of the stone of Israel or the Christ. They are seven entities who shall experience the overshadowing presence of Christ as Jesus did. We see that when this will happen that the Lord will remove the iniquity out of the land. Thus it is obvious that it shall occur near the beginning of the new age of peace. The seven eyes are mentioned again in the next chapter; "For who hath despised the day of small things? For they shall rejoice, and shall see the plummet in the hand of Zerubbabel with those seven, they are the eyes of the Lord, WHICH RUN TO AND FRO THROUGH THE WHOLE EARTH." Zech 4:10. We find another mention of this in the Book of Revelation: "And in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God SENT FORTH INTO ALL THE EARTH." Rev 5:6 Seven men are mentioned in another prophecy concerning Christ: "But thou, Bethlehem Ephratah, though thou be little among the thousands of Judah, yet out of thee shall he come forth unto me that is to be ruler in Israel; (Christ) whose goings forth have been from of old, from everlasting. (He has the experience of many lifetimes.)...And this man shall be the peace, when the Assyrian shall come into our land: and when he shall tread in our palaces, then we shall raise against him SEVEN SHEPHERDS, and eight principle men." Micah 5:2 & 5 We see from these scriptures that there will be seven men raised up in the last days who will be called the eyes of the Lord and will run to and fro through the earth and finally that they will assist the Christ in driving back the Assyrian or the Anti-Christ forces. Altogether there will be eight principle men if we include the Christ. They will be men of wonder because these seven men will be overshadowed and will fulfill the prophecy of doing even greater things than Jesus did because the Christ will come in unto them and sup with them and the Christ has even more wisdom, experience and power than he had two thousand years ago so we can look forward to great things ahead. Christ will use these seven entities as seven projections of his presence through the assistance of other Masters in his group. His spirit will shift from one person to another as His overshadowing presence is needed and will produce a tremendous effect as if there were a group of saviors on the earth. The second stage in the presence of Christ involves a larger group of disciples wherein the Christ within them will be manifest on a larger scale. These disciples will try and fulfill the commandment given by Paul: "Let this mind BE IN YOU, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God." Phil 2:5 In speaking of himself and faithful disciples he said: "But we have the mind of Christ." I Cor 2:16 Many people quote these scriptures, but few believe them. If we really have the mind of Christ then we will find that all of the scriptures that apply to Jesus also apply to us. For instance, Jesus said: "And no man hath ascended up to heaven, but he that came down from heaven, even the Son of man which is in heaven." John 3:13. We are also Sons of God who will ascend into heaven who have in the beginning came from heaven. Jesus continues: "And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up." John 3:14 It is true that this corresponds to His death on the cross, but He also wanted to illustrate that each man should have the Son of man, or the mind of Christ lifted up within him so that "when he shall appear we shall be like him". I John 3;2 Next Jesus said: "That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life." John 3:15-16. Not only should we believe the words and works of Jesus, but we must believe in and have faith in the Son of God that dwells within us. If we do this we can have everlasting life and life at the end of the age or in the age of peace. The Son of God that can be lifted up within every man forms a part of ''Christ, the Son, and God the Father, and the Holy Spirit, which is ONE Eternal God." Thus when we lift up the Son of Man within ourselves we also become the Only Begotten Son for we are an extension of the only Son there is for all the sons of men share a oneness that few can realize. Paul tried to teach the real Christ when he said: ''For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: SO ALSO IS CHRIST...Now ye are the body of Christ and members in particular." I Cor 12:12&27. Thus we see that Christ is an office that is composed of all those who take upon themselves His name. To take upon ourselves the name of the Son means a lot more than remembering the works of another man however great he is. It means that we are to have the mind of Christ within us and to not think it mockery to be equal with God or to be a "savior on Mount Zion," or a Christ. In taking many of the latest posts of JJ, the 'Christ' of Jesus was not born at Christmas, yet Christmas is a magnificent symbol of the 'Christ' in mass, within us. The giving of the Christ spirit, giving gifts of life, the 'evergreen' Christmas tree, symbol of eternal life, rather than seasonal, and colored lights on the tree, symbols of lives lived to gain the 'Christ' consciousness. Many years ago I told a friend that I seemed to be 'a multi-media, multi-dimensional channel'. I likened this to be a television receiver, for there were different consciousnesses present at one time, and each individually communicated and it is like tuning into a channel (one consciousness) and looking and hearing and speaking through that channel. With the next thought it may be from a different channel, and different pictures and thoughts are expressed. The marvelous thing is these were not my own consciousness and I am profoundly aware of this. Although to whom I am speaking, they may not be aware of the different consciousnesses present. I was taught long ago, that Jesus Christ came with the power of 13. This meant that the 'Christ' was made of 13 consciousnesses. The best picture I can give of this is a 13 sided crystal, the 13 faces being 13 individual consciousnesses as one, the Christ. If I were to consider the consciousness of the Ancient of DAys, he is all of us in all of creation (In our corner of the Universe?). This came to my understanding from JJ's post of the lesser uniting into a greater being. This must also be true of Christ consciousness. Then with the understanding of 'octaves of consciousness' if I start at the point of my body, and its consciousness, and then keep moving up, out and around, in line with the golden mean angle, I see consciousness expanding at an octave 'plus one' and realize if I were coming in from the other direction to find my body's spot in space and time I would be in a sense contracting at an octave 'minus one', to me reversing time or reversing into time. I discovered it is truly one of perspective here, going out or coming in. So the second coming of Christ, within mankind, may be the Christ consciousness, which may be 'billions' of consciousnesses at that level, being overshadowed onto/into one human being as a group multi-consciousness (say 13 for example) called the Christ, and these groups, within individuals are all from the same level (dimension) of consciousness called Christ. So many of us walking the 'Christ' on this earth, may be carrying a small group consciousness, and each of us would be unique groups of the Christ Consciousness dimension, that links us with the 'One' the Ancient of DAys, (whom I know as 'the Grandfather of all Time and Eternity'). Thus my link (oneness) with God, is established through I and the FAther being One. So my question is in describing the Christ as one great being, is this made up of many consciousnesses wherein several may choose to join with one of us in a 'Christ' process, descending their spirit as one, to walk with us, or is this only one singular consciousness, the 'Christ' and therefore the exact same consciousness in 'you Christ' as in 'me Christ' when this occurs? The Disney movie Pocahontas gave us a clue on prophecy, and my own inability to describe things 'seen' adds more. When the ships carrying the British were 'seen' they were described as floating clouds, since no one had seen the ships before and the 'sails' were white against the blue sky. Perhaps there is more in this. If all the host were to appear in the heavens, meaning our skies, perhaps they would look like 'silvery spaceships' to one seeing this as a future event, but not ever having seen a real spaceship, would be worded differently. In fact what better way to 'transport' many great beings through the windows of time than in ships that travel in space. These ships may have the abilities to move through many dimensions of space, in line with the occupant's thoughts etc. Since I have seen and walked through the 'ship' of one of my teachers this has a great reality for me. Also when viewing in consciousness, not only can it come too quickly and need to be slowed down, but it is very much like the elephant's leg or his trunk. We have to learn to 'pull back' or move in closer to get a better perspective and understand the whole picture. If this is not understood we only get a part of the picture, or it is too small to understand. I learnt that when a great being says he is going to walk with me, it is not necessarily his body walking beside my body, but rather he is indeed walking with me, one with me, in one body. So even if he appeared in a body, many might not recognize him. I suspect therefore that the coming will be in a different way. I remember that Matreiya was supposed to have taken over the television broadcasting systems at one point in England for a national message. A TV could certainly be defined as an "eye", and there's no question that most everyone has access to an eye of this kind all over the world. I know a woman who, when I was about 15, said Jesus appeared to her as spirit at the end of her bed, reassuring her that he was with her always and that everything would be alright (she was going through a divorce with 3 children, one of whom was my girlfriend). This makes me think that his return may be more in the form of spirit. 2. Third eye. 3. Reincarnation. 4. We see through a glass darkly; then face to face. (That's a biblical quote, from where I can't recall). I don't think any of us, no matter how spiritually mature or evolved, does this life thing as well as Christ did/does. We will grieve for being able to see clearly how we failed to measure up in terms of loving one another (and we will see clearly the pain we have caused others; hence ourselves). Being one who has and continues to face some pretty unpalatable truths about herself, I can say without hesitation that it is a PAINFUL (capital "P") process! This letting go is often expressed as tears and sobbing. Many of the emotional clearing practices of today encourage getting in touch with emotions and expressing them as a means of releasing them. Most healers would probably accept that crying is a means of release, some encourage it, while soma claim it is not necessary, but all probably acknowledge it's role. As the consciousness of Christ is lifted up in us, we will probably sob our little hearts out only to find we have a much bigger heart than before. I know personally that when I find something uplifting, I often feel a tendency to cry a tear or two. In His infinite capacity to forgive He wouldn't obliterate them to nothingness for doing that to Him, He would love them MORE because He would know some day that memory would return to them and they would be unable to live with it. On the other hand, as He said "for as much as you do to the least of these, my brethren, you do unto me" and I have found this to be literally true in our dealings with other people around us. When you really stop and look at it, we can't separate the Mind of Christ from the mind of man, for it is written "let the mind that was in Christ Jesus be also in you".
