Spirit arrive at the door of service to the Lord. I don't look at it as the Devil, but the Darkness,
same concept though, and have found it to be true. One must remain aware all the time, the
Darkness is seductive and insidious.

Well, as you might have guessed, I don't see it as an attack, or as darkness or as The Devil. I
see it as a change in vibration, and when that happens everything around us has to change to
raise to the level at which our consciousness has raised, and usually, if not always, that means
automobiles, houses, everything we have constant contact with has vibrations, and those
vibrations react to new vibrations we move into. It's a good thing.

Beyond what JJ said, I believe the challenges in our lives are absolutely necessary for our
spiritual development. When I cross a troublesome path in my life, when things seem like they will
never get better, I simply laugh in the face of the Dark Ones. I realize that the more they put me
through in my life, the stronger I will be in the end. As long as I keep my attention focused on the
end result. Never lie to yourselves.. .always, honestly seek after truth, and remain focused on
finding it. Remain focused on becoming a better person, and make an honest effort to do the
highest good, and you will find that the only thing the Dark Brotherhood can do to you, is make
you stronger. This is my belief and testimony.

So I checked the list out and there are 8 of us that live close to each other here in Texas. Two
people would have to drive an hour or 2 to get to Dallas but all the rest of us are here in the
Metroplex. (And living in Texas an hour or 2 ain't no big deal) Maybe we should think about a
Keyster luncheon or happy hour or something.
What do you folks say? I really do SO much better communicating in person. Sometimes
people read things differently than what I meant when I typed it.

I have just a minute to make a post here. My sister whom I told you about earlier died of cancer
and we are getting busy getting read to take a trip to her funeral.
Glenys told me that her computer broke and will not be with us for a while, but she can still
receive e-mail at g.lowery@pharmacy-house.org.nz so you might want to take note and keep in
touch.
She gave a good answer to the definition of a ring-pass-not. I will repeat it here:
"My understanding is that, at the human level, it is a level of attainment beyond which a person
cannot go; a stage in a person's growth from which he or she is unable to pass onto a higher
stage because of some inhibiting factor in his or her make up, usually a mental or spiritual
delusion. However, it can be applied to all levels of creation from sub-atomic matter to the
Planetary and Solar Logos and even the Creator itself."
"We all have our ring-pass-not. In most humans, it is the level of the mental body which extends
well beyond the physical and enables them to operate at the lower mental levels. Soul contact
would extend the ring-pass-not and allow activity on the higher mental levels."
In other words, the ring-pass-not is the highest point that your consciousness can perceive, the
highest point that you can make a real decision.
If you cannot make a believable decision to live to be 100 then that decision is beyond your
ring-pass-not.
Jesus spoke the truth when he said that "nothing is impossible to him that believeth..." but to
make the impossible come true the ring-pass-not must be expanded.
If we all examine our lives (or perhaps we should examine the lives of others - they are easier
to see correctly) we will see that our ring-pass-not in some areas may be fairly high and in other
areas may be fairly low.
For instance one person may understand many beautiful metaphysical principles yet his ring-
pass-not in the real world makes it difficult to pay the bills. How to create abundance for himself is
beyond his consciousness, but mystical things are not.
We must work to round out our ring-pass-not so the orbit is circular rather than elliptical.
When we expand our ring-pass-not then many things become possible that were previously
impossible.
There is a difference between expanding your ring-pass-not and your belief system. A belief
that you can walk through a wall you does not give you the power to do it, but if your ring-pass-
not is expanded into this consciousness then you will realize this power is possible and you can
attain it if you desire.
The mere belief in the possibility has little power but is a good starting point to expand your
ring-pass-not if illusion is dispelled along the way.
Belief, even in something true, if it is mired in glamour and illusion, can become a millstone
around the neck.
Question: What is the difference between one who believes he will live to be 100, but will not,
and another whose ring-pass-not has expanded so he can really make this happen?

But as with my step-mother, the only healing that could happen was transition, but a safe and
happy one.
My step-mother had a smile on her face when she passed out of her body. I offer my sympathy

Well, since I am still here, (before the big move), perhaps I can still offer some thoughts. This is
such a reassuring teaching to me, because as I examine my life, I realize that in some ways I
have accepted some extremely high spiritual concepts, and yet struggle a great deal with other
things I see as fairly simple, yet unattained. So to know that I am not alone in this unbalanced
condition gives me great comfort. One area that I have mastered to a great degree is that of
Divine health. In this regard, I know that I know that I am not required by any law to ever
experience illness. And it's in this knowingness that I have found myself virtually free from even
the hint of illness or even pain, although I take no special steps to guard myself from ill health.
Also, I work quite a bit as a tile setter which can be quite a strain on the body, and yet still without
any ill effect. Then, as it regards making a simple living, I find myself extremely challenged.
Perhaps what I have done is to downplay, in my mind, the importance of money, such that I
create the circumstances which manifest my disdain for such "menial" considerations.
So to answer JJ's question, perhaps the real difference between the man who believes he will
live to be 100, but will not, and one who actually can do this is that for one to truly manifest their
beliefs, they must be of one mind as to their belief. Sure, beyond even a hint of conflicting belief
that this will not only happen, but that it will happen for the cause of manifesting exactly what that
soul has set out to do within this life experience. In my life, for instance, I know that I have set out
to display to the whole universe, and those who I intermingle with, that joy and youthful vigor is
possible even in the midst of great challenges. And I say this because this is just the effect I have
always had on those around me. Even when one comes to me who faces great challenges in this
life, I have had opportunity to display how I have come through other life challenges, and that, still
with the smile of one who knows down deep that the experiences of life are all here to bless and
build us up.
Wow, that was a long answer to a short question. :)

difficult."
Hi JJ and Keysters,
The above prompted a well established observer of the interesting interflow of the group, to
make a statement.
I also say the song with my wife Jill, before rising each morning, include it as part of my daily
meditation prayers and mantras. Also include it in my daily walks, with all my other affirmations,
mantras etc. We say it again just before going to sleep at night.
I do not regard it as a be all and end all to a perfect life, as I feel that we must ensure a
balanced approach to every day, and accept happenings that we perceive as less than perfect.
We cannot grow without new experiences, and these do not necessarily have to feel terrific at
the time. However after the event has passed on, and upon reflection, we usually can see the
lesson, and also whether we learned from it and accepted whatever at the time, and so learned a
lesson. Maybe we resisted the experience, and so set up a cause for a similar one to occur in the
future?
The next time it comes it will be a little stronger, and a little more unpleasant. It will continue to
be attracted to us until we cease resisting, accept and give thanks for the learning, and move on.
I do not accept that, these are attacks from the dark, but merely conditions we have attracted to
us, from which we may learn. Conditions in our lives at times are less than perfect (in our
perception) and this is OK as long as the pendulum swing between perfect and not so perfect is
not too great.
We must have experience of dark, to enable us to know that there is a difference, and to use
our power of decision to choose and place our attention on the sliding scale between the darkest
dark, and the lightest light, and be, where we feel most comfortable at this time.
This is only a temporary thing or attitude, as we are continually expanding our knowledge,
tomorrow we may choose another place on the scale.
Jill and I do not watch Telly, listen to the news, or radio. Consequently we are not bombarded
with the negativity of mass consciousness, and our minds are open to nature and the beauty
around us. We are both over 50, and the last 3 years have been the most calm, peaceful and
beautiful time of our lives.
And to Glenys, and all those on our group who are experiencing conditions of difficulty.........
KNOW, that this too, shall PASS !
That will do for now, I will now get back into my observer mode...

Subject: Thanks for your Thoughts
My friends,
Thank you for your kind encouraging words concerning the death of my sister.
Since I live closest to my mother, my brother-in-law gave me the assignment to give her the bad
news.
She lives about an hour away from me and as I drove there I had a little time to reflect and as I
reflected a feeling of great peace fell upon me and I felt a presence which I believed to be hers. I
felt she was with me as I had to tell our mother and that she wanted very much to comfort her
mother and let her know that she was very happy where she was.
I know that she is very relieved to be away from the stress and pain of a great illness so there is
no problem for me accepting this. I just hope I don't look too cheerful at the funeral.
Nevertheless, I will miss her sweet spirit in earthly form.
I probably will not have time to post again until Friday evening.

That made me laugh.....and reminded me of the funeral of my cousin, at which I gave the
eulogy. I was telling stories about my cousin's younger days on the farm to her then stock broker
colleagues and had them laughing at the vision of my cousin in pig tails....it was a joyous
occasion.

J.J. Be as cheerful as you like, when my Dad was in the funeral home, on the night before the
burial many of his friends and family were there for "The viewing" every one got to telling "their"
stories and remembrances and we all got to laughing so loud, that the Funeral Home Director
came to ask us to keep the laughter down because we were disturbing the others. Dad must have

The one who believes he will live to be 100 probably doesn't really believe it is possible for him
to make it that far. The one whose ring-pass-not has expanded so he can really make this
happen, not only believes he will make it that far, but knows he will. One of the reasons why I
believe I never get sick. I know I have total control over whether or not I get sick, and use that to
keep myself from ever getting sick. I think it's a matter of what you honestly believe deep down in
your soul.

Since my family has had our share of 'losses' recently too, I have experienced many things
similar to what you describe above, JJ. Many times the message those who have passed on want
to convey is that even though it is of course ok to miss the departed, we should also realize the
beauty and joy that is involved in this process of moving on in the Grand Scheme. My
grandparents are having a blast on the other side, I can hear my grandpa singing his songs all
the time! :D There really is no point in feeling sorry for the ones who go before us, they wouldn't
want us to feel that way (mostly because from their broader point of view it's hard to understand:)
, but remember all the beautiful moments we shared with them, laughing and crying, and honor
life, theirs and in general, life which never ends but always finds new higher forms to itself.

is no problem for me accepting this. I just hope I don't look too cheerful at the funeral."
I too have that problem at funerals :) At my grandma's funeral, there was so much beauty and I
could see my grandma and the beings next to her guiding her smiling so brightly, that I just
couldn't resist joining in that joyfulness :)
Have to say, that beauty and simple but grand magnificence is very well enough to bring tears
of gratitude and humility in the corner of your eye.
Life goes on, and Love binds us forever. Thank you JJ for letting us be there with our thoughts
at this time.

To me, belief implies accepting something to be true, on the authority of others. For this reason,
I have traded in all of my beliefs for working hypothesis/ best guesses. This means that I have a
reasonable expectation of being able to prove, in time, that it is either true or false. I try not to bet
on the outcome of the tests and be ready to accept whatever I learn. Believe nothing, test
everything.
Most of what guides us through life is ingrained in us, before we even begin the first grade.
When I was that age, in the early '50's, I listened to hundreds of repetitions of the words to a
song, sung by Jimminy Cricket on the Mickey Mouse Club. "I'm no fool, no sir-ee, I'm gonna live
to be one hundred and three. With that start, I have always felt it was reasonable that I too could
live that long, provided that I didn't do anything foolish. Now, from all I've read on the subject, I
see no reason why a person who eats a healthy, natural diet can't expect to live to be well over
100. By "natural", I mean a diet that excludes foodstuffs which humans were never evolved to
digest, such as grains, beans and dairy. On such a diet, even a smoker could last to over 100. So
I think that so long as I eat right and avoid any more noxious relationships, it should be possible
for me to live to be 100. So, Jiminy Cricket's philosophy, combined with my scientific research,
tends to round out my ring-pass-not and make it possible for me to live to be 100. Now, if I was
really clever, I would figure out how John keeps coming back as a twenty year old.

Hi All, :)
In addition to what has already been replied, I was thinking that in order for one to be able to
make a decision within his ring-pass-not, his consciousness must equal his reality, in other words
there is no illusion between what already is and can furthermore become. In this state of mind,
one's understanding encompasses all beliefs he sees around him that are already existing as
innate patterns within, and because of this a decision that 'not only sees the sea from a-far but
can set the ship sailing in the desired direction across the decisive waters' can be made :) The
difference between the 2 persons above is simply that the first decision can not be manifested
due to it being outside the current ring of consciousness, almost like you can see something but
you can not quite grab it, and the second persons decision is inside of his ring of consciousness,
beliefs he knows to be true and achievable, so once a decision is made and the power that
manifests our reality is being utilized, any desired goal can be reached.
Nevertheless, *why* one wants to go a certain direction is another thing. For example, although
it would be cool to live to be 100, I don't have a big need to make a decision in that direction.
What I choose in this lifetime is to expand my Self to limits, and of course those boundaries grow
each day, if I so choose :) If a certain age is within this ring of mine and my highest decision
which serves most loving purpose includes or requires physically living 'old', than that will be my
choice. I am not really concerned about how long I will be around in the physical, you can
accomplish a lot which can equal the goals you set for yourself before you incarnated in a
relatively short time. If I've done the best I can before my time comes, If I am needed somewhere
else, I will give a big smile to the beauty of Life and say I'm outta here, and yet I never really left :)

The Cave of Illusion
You are trapped in an illusion, a dream. Only when you awaken, only when you remember who
you are and then treat all others and yourself accordingly, will the dream end.
Imagine that you are a Being of Light. An expression of Infinite Love. You are floating at the
entrance of a cave. There are other Beings with you. They tell you that you are about to enter a
world created by the beliefs of those who are trapped inside. That when you enter the cave you
will believe as they do; that this is real and that this is all there is. You too will believe that you are
a tangible creature and that the physical world within the cave is real. You will experience a world
of linear time and space, a world of dualistic extremes; light/dark, good/evil, life/death, and so on.
You are told that there are demons in this cave, products of the beliefs of those who are
trapped within. These demons will attempt to distract you so that you are trapped along with all
the others.
These belief-created demons feed on dark emotions like pain, fear, anger, depression and
regret.
They will do whatever they can to keep you in the cave forever so that they can continue to
exist.
The beings trapped within this world will attempt to convince you that you must stay within the
cave lifetime after lifetime until you are good enough, have experienced enough, learned enough
or suffered enough. Or they will tell you that you will go to one of a variety of other worlds after
this one according to your actions in this world. They sincerely believe these ideas. Do not judge
or chastise them. Do not believe what you are told. Do not believe what you see. It is all illusion.
Live the Truth. Set an example. Do what you can to remind your fellow Beings who they are. Be
your Divine Self in all things.
Imagine that this is what you were told before you entered this world. Why would you enter this
cave in the first place? You go because you are an expression of God's Compassion and God's
Love. You also go because you are an expression of God=92s Creativity and God's Joy. You do
not enter the cave to suffer, to be punished, trapped or tested. You enter to remind those
seemingly trapped within that they need not do this. You enter out of compassion and love. You
enter as a creative and joyous endeavor.
You enter the cave because Love is what you are and suffering always draws Love to it. Love
loves Itself and will do all it can to end suffering. Even if that suffering is an illusion.

This is really a great word picture. What seems to strike close to home is that it reminds me of a
recurring dream I had as a child. In this dream I am walking through my house and into my
parents room. As I enter, a flame appears in the center of the room, and the face of a figure
appears and summons me into the flame. As I enter, I'm transported to a cave. There are other
beings there with me, pointing the way to the darkness of the cave. It's only recently that I have
understood this dream/vision as meaning that I was here to enter the darkness of this illusion,
and bring light with me into this cave. This post only served to help reawaken me and to confirm
the interpretation that has come to me in recent days.

Hello Diane - thank you for posting this today. You didn't say where it came from, but it is the
same thoughts expressed in the Conversations With God books - it seems to be the same idea of
simply REMEMBERING who & what we already are - that all of the trials & tribulations we suffer
here in the physical world are self- created illusions in our 'un-re-membered' state of being - in our
attempts to remember our Divine Selves as sparks of the ONE SOURCE, therefore of the same
Essence of the ONE.

My friends,
I've finally caught up on a few things and have a moment to make a post.
My sister's funeral was an interesting experience. I may make a future chapter in the book
around it. She was very loved by all the family and just about everyone showed up, some whom I
had not seen for thirty years.
I got a bang out of my older brother. He flew up his plane from Long Beach, CA and landed in
the tiny airport in Blackfoot, Idaho. Instead of calling someone to pick him up he pulled out a tiny
motorized skateboard that he carries with him in his plane and took off toward my brother in law's.
It's a cute little toy that scoots along about 20 miles per hour. A few minutes later he shows up at
the house riding the thing and tells everyone that he rode the device all the way from California.
He said he got a lot of weird looks on the freeway.
Nobody knew what to think, after all, that was all the transportation he seemed to have, but then
he broke down and told the truth after some interrogation.
My younger sister is also in a life and death struggle but she scarified and came to the funeral.
She has been going through a tremendous number of tests trying to find out what is wrong with
her as she seems to be allergic to everything. They think the problem is this. Several years ago
she got hit in the jaw with a baseball and they had to put some metal pins and wires in her mouth.
Now they think this metal is causing her problems and making her allergic to almost everything.
What I am wondering from the group is this. Have any of you heard about people reacting to
implanted metal?
Fortunately this sister is crossing beyond her regular religious beliefs and is becoming open to
almost anything and I was able to spend some time helping and counseling her.
Looks like the group needs a shot of adrenaline here. Let's see what we can do.
About living to be 100 I recall that Rick and Samu gave some wise dialog about it. As Samu
indicated one should have some purpose in living to such age rather than to just continue to exist.
If one wants to accomplish beyond the norm he must not only believe but make a decision
within his ring of consciousness.
Tracy asks why the term we are discussing is called the ring-pass-not? Why not
consciousness-pass-not or some other phrase?
The reason is that expansion in consciousness is best represented as circular waves like that of
an orbit of a planet around the sun. If we use this correlation then the ring-pass-not of the earth is
93 million miles from the Sun. In its present consciousness this planet just cannot expand its orbit
beyond this point.
All planets do not have an exact circular orbit. Some are close to circular and some, like Pluto,
are somewhat elliptical. Because of this Pluto is sometimes the furthest planet from the Sun and
other times Neptune is.
Consciousness is best described as circular because it is divided into seven general areas
corresponding to the Seven Rays. If one expands consciousness evenly in these seven directions
then your consciousness ring-pass-not is seen as circular, but if your development is lopsided
then your ring-pass-not is seen as elliptical. If your ring-pass-not is too lopsided then Karma will
force you to work on your greatest weakness so your orbit can go back to the circle again.
Many of us on this list, for instance are doing fine with philosophy and metaphysics, but struggle
to make the money we need. Thus our soul pushes us kicking and screaming into areas of
development that we strongly resist, but eventually we get tremendous satisfaction when we yield
and succeed.
Earlier we talked about the Beast of unearned authority that seeks control over all peoples.
Challenging the authorities of the Beast and trusting in the inner God requires a great expansion
of the ring-pass-not. This is what makes the power of the Beast so great. It just does not enter
into the consciousness of those under its control that it is even within their power to step out of
the realm of control of outward authorities.
When one finally does expand the ring-pass-not beyond the power of the Beast he then obtains
the power to become an initiate.

Your brother sounds like he's a fun guy.
I'm responding to your question of metal in the body since I've had that experience myself.
People do react to metals. I have had to take really strong antibiotics before even getting my
teeth cleaned due to the metal in my arm. A person with metal has to be careful when undergoing
a simple procedure like getting one's teeth cleaned because if a bacteria is set loose in one's
system it will go to the metal and can enter the bone marrow and cause serious problems and
even death can result. You can also have reactions to the metals and if that happens then it's
probably best if possible to have the metal removed. I have another friend who really messed up
her ankle and had a number of pins in it to hold it together. After months of not healing properly
she had to have the metal pins removed so her "wounds" would fully heal. Her body really was
simply rejecting the metal.
I hope this may help in some small way.

My thought is that an initiate is a human being who has come to a turning point in his/her lives.
The person is ready to go from a personality-centered to soul-centered life so to speak. There
must be a certain amount of soul-contact to become an initiate. Also a wish to serve.
I think initiates must have a lot of strength and be able to stand - or at least rise again :-)) - if the
earth is shaking under them. They must be able to stay in the light under all circumstances.
I think there are levels of initiations. Each one is a shot of energy from "The Ancient of Days"
that makes some permanent changes in the person's different bodies.
An initiation connects you directly with the White Brotherhood and in the beginning you are
doing small jobs - with time and more initiation you can get bigger missions to do.
Just my thoughts about this :-))
But I do have a question: If experiences give us the teaching from life to life, and we go forward
because of experiences - what good does theoretical teachings do? Like reading "The Immortal"?
Please don't get me wrong - I loved reading the book - and I can't wait till no. 3! But does
theoretical teaching speed up our progress? Or does it give us the possibility of deciding more
consciously?

SHAKE IT OFF AND STEP UP
A parable is told of a farmer who owned an old mule. The mule fell into the farmer's well. The
farmer heard the mule 'braying' -- or -- whatever mules do when they fall into wells. After carefully
assessing the situation, the farmer sympathized with the mule, but decided that neither the mule
nor the well was worth the trouble of saving. Instead, he called his neighbors together and told
them what had happened...and enlisted them to help haul dirt to bury the old mule in the well and
put him out of his misery.
Initially, the old mule was hysterical! But as the farmer and his neighbors continued shoveling
and the dirt hit his back...a thought struck him. It suddenly dawned on him that every time a
shovel load of dirt landed on his back...HE SHOULD SHAKE IT OFF AND STEP UP! This he did,
blow after blow.
"Shake it off and step up...shake it off and step up...shake it off and step up!" he repeated to
encourage himself. No matter how painful the blows, or distressing the situation seemed the old
mule fought "panic" and just kept right on SHAKING IT OFF AND STEPPING UP!
You're right! It wasn't long before the old mule, battered and exhausted, STEPPED
TRIUMPHANTLY OVER THE WALL OF THAT WELL! What seemed like it would bury him,
actually blessed him...all because of the manner in which he handled his adversity.
THAT'S LIFE! If we face our problems and respond to them positively, and refuse to give in to
panic, bitterness, or self-pity...THE ADVERSITIES THAT COME ALONG TO BURY US
USUALLY HAVE WITHIN THEM THE POTENTIAL TO BENEFIT AND BLESS US!
Remember that FORGIVENESS-FAITH-PRAYER- PRAISE and HOPE...all are excellent ways

The parents did their best to maintain some sense of order in the pew but were losing the battle.
Finally the father picked the little fellow up and walked sternly up the aisle on his way out. Just
before reaching the safety of the foyer the little one called loudly to the congregation, "Pray for
me! Pray for me!"

A daddy was listening to his child say his prayer "Dear Harold". At this, dad interrupted and said,
"Wait a minute -how come you called God 'Harold'"? The little boy looked up and said, "That's
what they call Him in church. You know the prayer we say, "Our Father, who art in Heaven,

who put trash in our baskets."

I'm still not completely on top of this "ring-pass-not" thing, but I do understand the basic idea
that one requires a soul-expansion -- perhaps an elevation of the Higher Self -- in order to make
that leap within (to the Inner God) and challenge the Beast. That courage, that energy, can only
come from within. You can't get that from someone else. You might be able to get a boost or a
nudge in the right direction. But ultimately, only you can choose to go down the path.

Question: What does it mean to become an initiate?"
Hmmmm. By definition, an initiate would be "one who is initiated". So the question here might
well be: When one finally expands...beyond the power of the Beast, she may then receive
initiation. Into what may she be initiated?
We know that she will not be initiated into some regimented tradition of this world, because they
are all under the sway of the Beast. So she must be on her own path. A path of becoming.
Hmmmm....I will say that when one becomes an initiate, she commits herself to begin the
process of awakening (I am just a tad influenced because I am listening to the soundtrack to "The
Commitments").

I'll give a few more thoughts on the ring-pass-not.
The ring-pass-not does not apply to humans only but all forms of life from the atomic to the
Solar and beyond.
That which lies beyond our ring-pass-not is a freedom or a door to greater freedom that is
beyond the ability of our consciousness and intelligence to grasp and incorporate into our reality.
This is perhaps easier to understand if we examine the animal kingdom below us. There are
freedoms that are beyond their ring of consciousness that seem ridiculously simple to us. Take a
dog, for instance. Tie him up to a post on a long leash and in a short while he will run around the
post wrapping the leash around it as he goes. Then after the leash is entirely wrapped and there
are only inches left the dog will continue forward almost choking himself. Even though it seems
simple to us it is beyond his consciousness to go backwards instead of forwards and unwind the
leash so he has greater freedom.
The ring-pass-not in an animal prevents him from considering going backward to greater
freedom.
A dog may go through a door if all he has to do is push ahead, but it is beyond his
consciousness to consider turning a door handle unless he has been extensively trained by a
human.
On the other hand, a chicken has a lower ring-pass-not than a dog. The dog has a sense of
loyalty to a human owner, but this concept is beyond the ring-pass-not of the fowl. It seems to the
chicken that loyalty to humans would bring less freedom not more, but the dog realizes that
loyalty to the human will somehow lead to greater freedom and expression.
To the dog the humans are Gods to be loved, but to the chicken we are overlords to be feared.
Now to the lives higher than human there are many freedoms that are just beyond our ring-
pass-not that seems very simple to them.
Some of these are:
The power to live without food and water for extended periods of time.
The power to shift in and out of this world and the next.
The power to become invisible.
The power to perform miraculous healings
The power to manifest a body at will through the power of Decision-
Attention -Consciousness.
The power of telepathy.
The power of omnipresence
The access to all knowledge
And many others.
Becoming an initiate is an important series of steps in expanding the ring-pass-not. Yesterday
we asked what an initiate was. Marilyn came the closest by stating:
"To me, becoming an initiate means to be at the beginning of something new. Call it awakening,
if you choose."
This statement is on the right track, but let me add an additional hint. To discover the true
meaning of becoming an initiate we must ask the question - What does it mean to initiate a thing?
The power of initiation is neither good nor evil but is a little like money and can be used for
either.
Hitler was an initiate and so was Abraham Lincoln.
How did these two men use the power of initiation, one for evil and the other for good?
