Is This Your Last Life?
Podcasts By Author and Spiritual Teacher JJ Dewey
How many people in the new age community have your heard make the claim that this is--or was their "last life"? Meaning, for those of the "new age
persuasion" this statement would indicate that the person thought that they have progressed to a point where they no longer have any karma debt to discharge.
They also often believe they have reached a level of relative perfection and spiritual progression inasmuch as they no longer have any further requirement to reincarnate?
In this eight part series, J.J. Dewey not only challenges this new age thinking but addresses the entire issue of unreasonable beliefs that seem to exist in
almost all "belief systems."

What would be the characteristics of the person who was actually living their "last life"?
Who do you think set the example of what a last life is supposed to be like? Of all the miracles Jesus performed, which of them was
more likely an indication of that He was living his last life? Was this Jesus' last life? JJ describes various examples from
Christian and Mormon doctrine, which if projected into reality, and the question be asked, if God is or was really behind this plan and idea--it
would be seen and understood that these ideas make little sense. But yet the reality of this lack of logic and common sense does not seem to deter people from believing
unreasonable beliefs. Why is this?

There is almost no "doctrine"--religious, metaphysical, or political that does not have a belief or beliefs that if taken to its
logical conclusion makes no sense at all--and this includes the idea of a "last life." How many lives do we live to we reach
our "last life"? Is there even anything as a "last life"? Why is it that Christ does not reveal when He will reappear?
What is the key to being able to recognize Christ when He reappears?

How can a person believe they are on their last life--and be deceptive--yet, when other (higher lives) come to him, he believes he could rely upon them to be truthful?
Why is the reliability of the truth of your word indicative of whether you are or are not on your last life? What is the correspondence between the
number of "energy petals" and the total number of lives we must live--and the number of lessons we must learn? What is an example of, and typical
result of a Labor Of Hercules performed in Aquarius?

What was your "first life" like? In the Garden of Eden story, what was one of the first acts of the first self conscious man? Who was
the first self-conscious man? Hear about the story of the first Adam--the Ancient of Days--also known as the Sanat Kumara--Shamballah--and the connection
to our earth's own ancient history. Why did Sanat Kumara incarnate into a human body? Who and what is your Solar Angel?

If according to ancient wisdom the earth has been in existence for 18-23 million years, then it stands to reason that we may have been incarnating for many more lifetimes than most who believe
in reincarnation might suppose. What are the various steps, stages or lessons that we have learned in our many lives? What is the first thing that we learn in
our lives as humans? What is the second thing we learn? Why do primitive people relate so closely with the animal kingdom?

What triggers our desire to develop our minds? What is a typical period that we go through as we develop our minds--but one that we do not normally associate with mental development. What is the
common experience which motivates us to move onto the next level of development? What does the biblical injunction "becoming as a small child" have to do with
a higher--or highest way to obtain knowledge and truth? What is the "the dark night of the soul"--and what event or experience does it proceed?

Is there a "spiritual internet" which is a correspondence to our "computer internet"? Does one use this "spiritual internet" in a similar
fashion as they would the "computer internet"? If so, how? What is the "group" or "spiritual mind"? How many members are there in this "group mind" that
the disciple finally connects to following "the dark night of the soul"? Even if one has reached the level where they have connected with their
"spiritual group" and may not need to incarnate any further--does this mean that they are on their last life? Does the concept of reincarnation motivate
people to live more or less productively in their present life?

When translated correctly--where is it written in The Bible that Jesus was perfect? If perfection is a sign of a last lifetime--and Jesus wasn't perfect--then,
how could He have been living his last life? If Jesus were to appear to religious leaders today, would they perceive Him as being perfect? What effect can
the unfolding of an "energy petal" have on us? How can physical maladies be indicative of unfolding energy petals?
