Synopsis: The environment and topics such as global warming, climate change, and the causes thereof, and along with what should or should not be done are probably one of the most emotionally laden "hot button" topics around. In an article entitled "Testing Freedom," J. J. Dewey makes the following statement:

"Some may believe we are drifting away from metaphysics by talking about practical items such as gun control, global warming, etc., but combining the practical with the theory is an essential ingredient in the Middle Way. Many there are who have their brains filled with wonderful teachings and theory, but if they cannot be applied in the real world they remain just that -- unapplied untested dreams of wonder. Without the testing of a belief that belief cannot be turned into a real experience, and without a real experience the truth cannot be fully known and the seeker cannot be truly free."

In this two part series, J.J. Dewey reveals what he discovered about Global Warming through the application of his own spiritual teachings and principles associated with finding the Middle Way and the path to the discovery of truth as it relates to this very important issue which has the potential of seriously affecting us all.
