Jennifer and Phoebe - thanks for drawing attention to this dilemma as soul contact seems to be the desired end of most in the group, yet many are still unclear on it. And John thanks for your helpful remarks.
When I spoke about there being no doubt about soul contact when it happens, I was speaking about the disciple who has developed a full channel. I spoke also from the angle that there are so many who claim to have full contact, and really have little or no contact, and lead others into illusion because of it. Nevertheless, before that sure contact is established you have the "still small voice" which seems very illusive at first, but the contact grows into surety as you follow the inner voice.
It's entirely possibly that Phoebe received an impulse through the soul to relocate, but then there are others who receive such instructions through contact with a thought form or high emotional energy.
The truth is out there but it is very illusive and that's what makes the game of life so interesting. I'll write more on this soon.
