Angela's Question

You call this a biblical forum as if we were a bunch of fundamentalists, but this is not so. The Bible is only one of many sources that we have and will continue to use.

You will notice that when I teach, I do not present any writings with the voice of any outward authority, even if it be the case. This is because in doing so; we create a "beast", as explained in the early postings. All students must be free to accept or reject my teachings. They could be true or not true. It is up to the individual to register what I or any other teacher says with their own souls.

Those who go around saying something like some other worldly all knowing ZOR says this or that, are playing into the hands of the authority of the beast and placing God outside of themselves.

You must be referring to scriptures such as the following:

I Cor 14:34 Let your women keep silence in the churches: for it is not permitted unto them to speak; but [they are commanded] to be under obedience, as also saith the law.
I Cor 14:35 And if they will learn any thing, let them ask their husbands at home: for it is a shame for women to speak in the church.

I Tim 2:10 But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works. 2:11 Let the woman learn in silence with all subjection.
I Tim 2:12 But I suffer not a woman to teach, nor to usurp authority over the man, but to be in silence.

It almost seems funny to read scriptures such as this in light of today's standards. There were several reasons why people in ages past had this attitude toward women and we shall discuss some of them in future posts. One of them was the customs of the time that even initiates bought in to.

You might be interested in knowing that my wife and I were married by a female minister such as yourself, and I have no prejudice against females teaching or becoming ministers.

Males and females have different energies, however, and the mystery that humanity has sensed toward the female is based on a reality that even the gentler sex does not understand. We will be expanding on this trend of thought soon.

By the way, no one has asked you to leave, but you've got to admit you have come on pretty strong.
