The plans for the gathering are progressing nicely (thanks to Mindy) and it looks like we will have a nice assortment including some new people we have not met before.
There is one inconvenience though that you can help Mindy with.
Many have committed themselves to come but not yet sent in their payment. Mindy needs a certain amount of cash to make preparations for the event. So to help make sure all things are in order, if you are going to come, could you send Mindy the deposit at the earliest moment?
The cost for food and lodging is $175 per person.
