I don't know why you made the remarks about those out to discredit Lincoln and rewrite history. You told me to address what you did say, not what you didn't say. I'm not rewriting history, and I'm not out to discredit Lincoln.

If you have any doubt, I'm glad you asked. I'd never say something like that to you, John. This was a quote from Lincoln, but I didn't have the exact reference.
