Anna:
I am tired of your bias and of your constantly comparing those who not agree with you to Hitler.

JJ:
Again I ask, what bias are you talking about?

I have never in my life compared anyone who disagreed with me to Hitler.

I have said that the situation today is similar to that just before World War II and the liberation of the Iraqi people is similar to the liberation of the Jews as well as the suppressed German people.

All historians agree that we could have easily stopped Hitler before the war if the nations would have been united and prohibited him from re-arming. All the world slept. Winston Churchill was a lone voice of warning. He was a little like Bush Jr., except he had no power to stop the man. He was ridiculed by all, even his friends for his reckless right wing dangerous attitude. Back then we had no awakened U.S.A and Britain to stand up and stop a developing aggression. All the nations went for appeasement, even to the point of giving Hitler Czechoslovakia (kicking and screaming) to keep him happy.

Only when Hitler invaded Poland did the nations wake up to their awful situation.

And who did the world look to for deliverance?

The man they had scorned for seven years, the greatest hero of the twentieth century, Winston Churchill.

Because of World War II, there are a small number of people who have taken in the lessons from that time and this time a new Hitler will not go completely unchallenged .

Even so, there are a frightening number of people who would call the new Churchills the Hitlers, and the Hitlers as people we can embrace.

Another thing to consider is that the stakes are higher today than before World War II. Now we have weapons that could destroy life on earth. We cannot allow unstable tyrants to obtain power to threaten all life on earth.

Anna:
To discuss this matter with you, it would take too much time from me, so I am letting it go now. Apparently, you do not wish to learn from your students.

JJ:
I learn a lot from members of the group. Why so judgmental? Because I do not agree with all that every member states does not mean I am not willing to learn.

Anna:
I was born and raised in Poland, a country that suffered great deal over its 1000 years of history, especially in the last World War II. My grandfather lost his life in that war. I advise you to get out and travel a little to get to now more other countries and their people. That might allow you to see point of the others in clearer light.

JJ:
I'm not sure what point you are making. Does everyone who was born in Poland agree with you? I think not. Poland supports Bush in the war and even is willing to send troops if we can use them.

I was born in the U.S.A. and my great great... grandfather came here to escape slavery and prison to start a new life. But that does not mean my point or view is correct about anything.

Anna:
I've learned what I needed from you and much more from the other members of this list, but I wish now to leave. So, please, remove my name from the list.

JJ:
We'll leave it on for a couple days. We want you to know you are welcome to stay and if you change you mind let us know. If you are anxious to have your name removed you can take care of it yourself by going to the Keys at Yahoo.
